American Guardian Title is exceptional! I am a loan officer and deal with a lot of title companies, almost on a daily basis. It is 1000% clear that they put customer service first! Leann, who initially helped me out was great, and put me in the hands of Robert Walker to continue the process. He is outstanding. When you have this type of interaction you immediately know that this is going to be a smooth process and handled very professionally. You will not go wrong dealing with this title company.

THEY PUT THE WRONG DATE ON THE CHECK!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! THEY COST ME TIME AND MONEY!! Unreal!! I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with their incompetence!! Unfortunately, I had to drive 45 minutes out of my way to get a check and I had to deal first hand with their incompetence!! I went there to pick up a check on January 30th and they put April 1st on the date!! LMAO!! What?!??! Was this a horrible April fools day joke gone wrong??! Nope. This was just a group of incompetent people!! They will respond to this and say sorry; this was an honest mistake. It was the fault of our machines. Mistakes happen! Nonsense! I can smell incompetence a mile away!! I have dealt with numerous places like this in the past and never had this problem before!!

Great and easy closing experience. They kept me informed along the way and drove out to me for the closing so I didnt have to leave work or deal with traffic. Definitely tell your realtor you want to use American Guardian Title. You will be glad you did when it's time to close!
