America the beautiful and also the first credit union in America apparently. But probably not. Names can to be deceiving just like luxe. Remember that one kids. They’re out to get your money. And I’m here to count mine. I’m counting so high. Jokes I’m broke. Maybe next year

We get kicked out of our banking app for no reason and when we call to get it fixed the wait time is 3 hours!?!? That’s outrageous. Horrible service

If I could give negative stars I would. They say "the customer comes first" but they have shown the exact opposite. They are just looking to make a buck. In dealing with a car loan they have been so rude I can't believe people even go to them still. I have never been spoken to so rudely when trying to make payments. Even going to a branch in person has been a horrible experience. All they seem to want is money. There is no sympathy. None. Plus no one gives you the same info. I've talked to multiple people and get a different answer each time! Like do these people even talk to each other?! Or leave notes in the account? Seriously guys. What the heck. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Ever!

If you want a banking experience beyond all your dreams then America First Credit Union is the place for you. They have it all, money, tellers, those cool tube things that take your stuff to the teller. They have papers inside the tube things that allow you to tell them what you want. Sometimes you get a pen to write on those papers. Cameras so you can see the teller. It's a banking dream.

The staff at this branch are rather professional and kind. However, the ATM is a huge disappointment! I have attempted many times to complete simple transactions and the ATM refuses to work. Maybe, just maybe, replacing that old rusty machine would help out?

they don't fund clean title cars with small hail dents, I missed out on such a great deal! the car is already sold!

So friendly and I love love my bank. Best bank I've ever had. Weber been there over 10 years and still love everything about it. That never happens to us and it has with them. Their not trying to take your money on late fee and payments

I have been a member of America First since 2003. We live out of state now, and I still do all of my banking through them via online banking. (There are no branches in Texas, and no co-op ATM's near my home). The customer service is good. The only situation I ran into being an out-of-state member was the $5k online deposit limit. We were replacing our roof after a hail storm with insurance funds, and because the amount of the insurance check was greater than this limit, I was unable to deposit it online. Thankfully I was able to troubleshoot my situation with the manager from the Orem office, and we worked out a solution. To AFCU's online banking team, I would suggest that maybe a longer hold be placed on larger funds but still allow members the ability to deposit online. And to the manager at the Orem branch, thank you for your exceptional service!!

To say we were frustrated would be an understatement. We applied for a small car loan at this branch with Emilee B as our loan officer. We called ahead to make sure we had everything we needed. She quoted us a 24 hour wait to know of the loans approval and that she would keep us updated. After the 24 hours we called her several times with out a reply. We contacted customer service and found that she had not submitted our recent pay stubs, so the process was at a halt. The customer service agent helped us get that finished. The next day Emilee finally called back with no explanation and said she would let us know the moment the loan was approved. After another day of waiting, we contacted customer service to find that it had been approved, and still haven't heard back from Emilee now 60+ hours later. I will say that the customer service line for the credit union was amazing! This review is for our disappointment with the branch and loan officer quality of customer service. We were without a car during this time making it exceptionally difficult and it just felt that we were not taken care of. Although we will continue to bank with the credit union, we will not be returning to this branch.

Loan officers were friendly which is the only reason they are getting 2 stars but had no idea what they were doing when it came to setting up a business account or a business loan. Literally wasted a week of my time in getting it set up because the loan officers didnt know the real amounts of times or requirements to get set up and completely mislead me in the set up process, time requirements, and timeline.
