I opened a checking and saving. Deposited money and applied for a basic credit card and an emergency covid relief loan over 6 months ago and even had to bring in the same paperwork more than once only to still not have any of my needs met. I went to two different branches and still got the same nonsense. I should have picked a better bank to open a new a account.

Applied for a credit back In January and got approved and went here to show them proof of income and never received any credit card. Came back here to ask why I still haven't received any credit card from them to tell me that I never showed proof of income and have to reapply. What a waste of time when trying to apply here just got get a inquiry on my credit history.

My experience with Altura is by far the worst banking or credit union device I've had in 40 years. They have suspended my debit card activity for "charges away from home" . Don't other members travel? Does anyone buy online? Is Indio, California the ultimate shopping experience? Certainly these policies seem very näive.

I’ve been banking with them since 2010 And I’ve never had a single problem. They really go above and beyond to help you. I recently took out an auto loan through them and they helped me get a low apr. I love this bank.

The employees here are very helpful and kind. They have a coin machine that lets you deposit directly into your account. Always received great service here and I'm glad to have an account with them.

Suzie S was amazing. She opened my new account today and was so efficient and friendly. She had my account opened and got me out of there in 20 minutes. Everyone there was so friendly. I switched from Golden 1 to them, so far so good! As an update we went back to open a second account. Still exceptional service. Very personable. They really do make you feel part of a family. For new accounts though, you do have a hold for using the deposit section on coops credit unions for 30 days. And you must live or work in riverside county or ontario. They do have some city restrictions. So call ahead of time.

Horrible service, it takes for ever to get an answer I requested my money to be used to purchase stocks. They took 2 months to process my request and I never got a notification. When I called the branch all they said were sorry. But we had to work from home and the pandemic happened. Uh how about sending an email to let your customers know. Rude managers and horrible communication. Do not go to this bank. I lost thousands of dollars thanks to these ppl.

They will steal your hard earned money, if you bank with them get ready to jot down everything you buy because their online services are inaccurate (or carry cash but at that point why use a bank). I had to pay $120 dollars (courtesy fee) for their incompetence, if a bank can't hold your money and accurately tell you how much money you still have, why are they still in business? I just talked to their representative and they don't value their customers. They make their money from these courtesy fees, which is why they will manipulate the system. Altura as a corporation is a big stinkin' rat.

The employees at the customer service counter always greet us and are friendly. It is usually the same employees when I go in on Saturday. They are kind to my children. They let us know about how long it will be before we can be helped. And they always answer all of my quetions.

Me and my girlfriend opened an account yesterday and all I got to say is that Vanessa was awesome I will recommend this branch to family and friends thank you Vanessa for you help
