    Have to say I don’t do these often but I’m so happy I have to share about my experience. It was my first time buying a Ford and chino hills ford sure knows how to take care of their customers. Josh and his manager Eddie were great. Josh answered all my questions and I had a lot to ask. Josh knew how all the features worked on the bronco and showed me the app that works with my iwatch. I can’t recall the finance managers name but he was very nice and pressure free. I have owned Honda vehicles before but Ford and chino hill ford have made me a loyal ford customer from now on.. Definitely recommend buying your Ford here.

    I had to use physical cash to take delivery of a preordered 2022 Ford Maverick that I reserved 5 months in advance! Glaring issues I experienced while dealing with this dealership were the following: 1. A hard inquiry was requested from my credit report without my permission. 2 Dealer add-ons were placed on the vehicle without my permission. 3. I was pressured to use Ford financing by several employees. 4. The one add-on I reluctantly agreed to purchase at $199 (wheel-locks) were never actually installed or provided. 5. They made paying with Debit, Credit, Personal Check, Wire transfer or Cashier's Check extremely difficult. They stated, that if used, I would have to wait up to 10 days to take delivery of vehicle. I've contacted my salesperson, [Andrew Harris] hours after purchasing the vehicle regarding the misrepresentation of the vehicle and notified the General Sales Manager [Tyler Wafa] shortly thereafter. I have yet to receive a response, correction or refund. Needless to say, I would not recommend this dealership or staff to any family or friends.     I bought a car from here last week and it must have been one of the best experiences I’ve had with a car dealership. My salesperson Eric was great at explaining everything to me and helped me get a really great deal. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the process took a while to complete but other than that it was an overall great experience at Chino Hills Ford!

    I worked with Patty. She was extremely helpful and patient in answering all my questions. We ended up not purchasing a vehicle here but I wanted to leave a review anyway because it was a positive interaction. The reason we didn't buy was because of the mandatory add-ons (especially the GPS tracker) that we would've been required to purchase. Those extra costs meant it made more sense for us to buy a similar vehicle closer to home, but the sales rep was very up front with me about all the costs and really helped provide the information I needed to make an educated decision.

    BIG thank you to Michael Hernandez at Chino Hills Ford! I consider myself a difficult buyer (frugal/picky) and Mike was very patient and did not force the sale. Actually took me almost two weeks to finally pull the trigger and I'm VERY happy with my purchase. Definitely will go back on our next car/truck purchase.     Chino Hills Ford sales associate Daniel Blake was a pleasure to do business with. He called me within minutes of me making an internet inquiry to the Chino Hills Ford dealership about a 2021 Ford Escape Plug-in Hybrid. He did not push dealer extras on me that I didn't want. He was very knowledgeable about the Ford Escape Plug-in Hybrid and it was an easy buying experience. I appreciate him charging it up for me too!

    Edgar did a Great Job on my mustang. I've been to a lot of different ford dealerships for service and have only met a couple kind hearted service salesman. Hard to find someone who won't try to upcharge you on blinker fluid. ;) Thanks for your help on my car and will definitely be working with him again.

    They dented my Truck and claimed it was like that when it arrived. Asked to see camera footage and they can only show me one feed thats blurry. Absolute joke of a dealership and will never buy a vehicle from them again.

    I knew the sales dept was bad already as I have had three new ford trucks in the last 4 years and every time start my buying journey here and quickly leave for another dealer as they are very deceptive in their sales practices. Tried out the service dept for a $185 diesel oil change and they didn’t top off windshield washer fluid, didn’t top off def, I picked up my car and the time was wrong on infotainment , all my settings messed around with, had an appointment scheduled in advance that wasn’t honored, had such poor customer service , just a total mess this place is… not to mention despite Ford saying that their dealers are restricted from charging mark ups on cars, I glanced at a couple while waiting and saw $20k mark ups.

    Ive been searching for a good running car on Car guru. I was interested in a Jeep that I’ve seen online at the Chino Hills Ford dealership. One of the reps had contacted me regarding the car and stated that it was available. I was excited to go check out the car. So the next day my husband and I went to go see the car which was a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Upon our arrival one of the reps had informed me that the car I wanted was no longer available but they had another car that was similar in which it was. I was hoping to test drive the car but they had told us they had to put something on the car which was minor and That it would be ready the next day for pick up. Since we lived pretty far away the rep had said he’ll drive the car halfway to us. So fast forward I get the car and I’ve noticed how the car shakes when I accelerate. I had notified the dealership a day or two later and they told me to bring it in. Eric had claimed that the problem was fixed I and it shouldn’t shake anymore. But unfortunately my car would still shake. I had contacted the dealership again to let them know and one of the service advisors had told me to take it to a local Jeep dealership since we lived far. After taking my vehicle to numerous of dealerships and My warranty company even came out to inspect the car. They had stated that the issue with my car happened before I had purchased the car they will not cover the repairs the original deal ship should be responsible for it and the Car dealership should’ve did a pre inspection sale and would have found the issue before selling the car. I followed up with Chino Hills Ford for a solution all I’ve gotten is promise for someone returning my calls and never getting it and a service manager telling me I was denied but he doesn’t know why..Point of this post is don’t do business hear all you will get is false promises and bad service!

    My diesel would not regenerate. When I asked why it wasn’t generating I was told to replace the DPF filter for $5,000 + parts. I again asked explicitly why it wasn’t regenerating as replacing the dirty filter with a new on would only result in another dirty filter. I tried to explain this was an effect to a cause and I needed to know the cause. Your dealership gave me a handful of other items that needed clot be changed, one of these, the air filter. Because your dealership couldn’t answer this basic question, I decided to have the dealership change the exhaust sensors and thermostat (codes the truck was throwing) and I would pick it up. Over $800 later I picked up my truck disappointed in your dealership, to say the least. The truck wasn’t washed was one thing. But my truck came out without the proper air pressure in the tires was something else. Your mechanics did an inspection looking at my air filter (and wanting an hour of labor to replace) but neglected to check air pressure?! When I got home to change my own air filter, I was amazed to see your mechanic DID NOT CLOSE THE AIR BOX to my air filter. I took the truck to a local mechanic and they called me and asked me if Ford did the work I told them ford did. Well, they boiled me for it, I replied. The shop said, well, if ford did, they didn’t clear the codes, which is weird. The shop changed a waste gate actuator, reset the code, and the truck regenerated cleaning the filter for less than Ford wanted to change a thermostat and 2 exhaust sensors. The shop wasn’t certain if the truck would not regenerate due to the waste gate, but was certain it would not regenerate without clearing the exhaust temp sensors. So, The dealership might have fixed the cause without changing the symptom, but would have never known without actually clearing the exhaust sensor codes. Too hung up on a $5,000 part.

    Service technician should be more careful about handling their tools around the exterior of the vechical. This is the second time that my vechical paint got scratched. They should also be honest about the incident and address it. The first time it happened, I got a lame excuse and nothing was done to address the problem. This previous service I had was a little different. I noticed they have new employees working and alot more courteous.They were more helpful this time around. Although I had to come back the next day to get the scratch removed. I was satisfied with this previous service and how it was handled. I gave this previous service a 5 ⭐️ because, I believe in giving people a second chance and should not base it on the past.

    I brought my truck to their service department as a last resort to get a diagnosis for a check engine light caused by a cylinder #5 misfire. I informed them that I had my spark plugs, wires, ignition coil and fuel injector changed. I even told them that I suspected it could be the head assembly but I wanted a confirmed diagnosis. That same day, they called me and let me know that based on everything I had already replaced they would have to do a cylinder head tear down in order to check the cylinder head assembly. The parts for this would cost $393.31+$3033.14 for labor (not including $220 diagnostic charge).They informed me that "if" it turned out to be the head assembly a replacement starting cost is ~ +$2000. The service department associate explained to me that they have payment plans and that she would send me a txt with the link so that I could review it. I never received this link. The next day I went to pick my truck thinking that I wouldn't be charged because they were unable to diagnose it. They charged me $220 anyway. I am very disappointed. I'm hoping that my review saves someone some money. Be warned.

    I GAVE U GUYS A GREAT CONDITION MUSTANG WHICH U GUYS KONW BECAUSE I BOUGHT THAT MUSTANG FROM U GUYS, THEN U GUYS GAVE ME A BROKEN CAR FOR THE TRADE IN! In 2018, I wanted to sell my really good condition 2015 or 16 mustang which was bought from chino hills ford too. In the conversation with the sales man he knows I drove Uber part time, so he recommended ford c max for me to trade in. I decline and went home. Then the sales man called me and say the manager is willing to give ma a good deal for the trade it. After I trade in my mustang, the C Max battery died the next day, few days later tired pressured problem, then check engine light problem, after that there’s AC problem. All kinds of problems happened one after one the moment I got that C max. Six months later I had to move back to Taiwan, I left the c max with my family, they tried to drive it, every time they drive it some problem would happened and they had to bring it to the shop like I did for countless time, so they decided not to drive it and left it in garage until I went back to the state 2021 July to sell it. I DONT MIND U DO THAT SALESMAN TRICK WHILE I WAS STILL A COLLEGE STUENT, BUT AT LEAST GIVE ME A DECENT CAR, NOT A BROKEN CAR! Now I’ve sold that broken car, I will never deal with ford service shop anymore, here’s ur review thanks to that sales man and manager at that time. WHAT A GREAT DEALER SHIP!

    My husband and I bought a new car from Chino hills ford. I part of the front was dragging and they told us they would fix it. We went back THREE times for the to fix it and they kept adding duct tape to the wrong spot not it’s even more broken and I’m regretting purchasing from them. Every time we would call and ask for it fixed they would acted annoyed and make us wait 3 hours and still not fix it

    My experience has been the same as other reviewers here as well. Walked in to place an order for a new Ford Transit. Have been getting the run around for weeks with different stories of how to place the order even though I thought that was done TWICE now! Have been called and emailed by 5 different people with a different plan of action each time. This place has glaring issues and I will take my business to another location. Have purchased over 20 vehicles and this dealership has been the biggest waste of time.

    So 11 months ago I ordered a 2021 Bronco from chino hills ford. I was told they would not be adding any dealer mark up to the MSRP because they would never sell them. Fast forward I get an email my preordered Bronco with be the between Dec.17-23. Great!!! This was my wife’s Xmas present. So I went in on the Dec.22 to see if it will be here by Xmas. I was told it’s been sitting in Mara Loma since the Dec18. So I asked about pricing and I was told the dealership “change the policy” and all preordered Broncos are now marked up $25k over MSRP!!! So it looks like they’re about to ruin our Xmas.They will not drop the mark up. So this dealer wants us to put down a deposit to show we are committed to buying this Bronco. But they don’t want to commit to not adding the mark up. My history with this dealership. I bought my nephew a new 2019 SD and me a new 2020 SD. My trucks have been serviced at this dealership for the last 6 years. I live 2 miles away from it. I try to stay committed to businesses in my community. But if this dealership doesn’t want to do the right thing then I’ll take my business somewhere else. Follow up…..So the dealership owner responded to my review. “ Sorry you had a bad experience “. Really after buying 3 new vehicles in two years that’s the response I get. They don’t value customers. PLEASE DON’T GO TO CHINO HILLS FORD TO BUY A VEHICLE. To follow up again. This Brianna posted I paid MSRP an no ADM. I have the proof I paid 5k over and if they don’t tell the truth I will sue for defamation. UPDATE…..No you were not upfront. If you were up front you would have told me about the ADM when I FIRST ordered it and not after it shows up and gets there. People go to Villa Ford they advertise NO ADM’s. Plus you say call and talk to management, but when ever I call I can’t get a manager because they are always in meetings. Why don’t you guys call me. You have my number I have left it 17 times.

A true professional who also knows how to make you laugh, he was also very knowledgable about the car I was purchasing, making the transaction and experience much easier and answered any questions I had without hesitation. I wouldn't want anyone else to assist me with my automobile financing than Jose; he was fantastic to work with and was able to secure me financing on a gorgeous Ford Fusion at a fantastic APR and affordable monthly payments!     Very frustrated and disappointed in this dealership. Bought a used vehicle there on Dec. 6th, today is Jan. 21st and still don't have the title. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody returns text messages. I know it takes time when you are out-of-state buyer but these people act like you don't exist after they get your money. They won't even talk to you. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to worst enemy if this is how they treat people. STAY FAR AWAY from these people.

    Safe your time and money! Worse customer service and horrible car service!! Wish I could give it -0 stars but unfortunately I’m not able to. We bought our car on December 2020. Long story short, from 16 they wanted to add us up to 22k and that’s not including the interest charge. I was walking out as soon as I heard that number because they promise us a flat number, then the sales manager stopped us to honor that price. Honestly I didn’t wanted to make business with them anymore because on how shady they were but my husband really liked the car and we went ahead and proceed on to buying the car. The following day we notice the car was making some weird noises and it was missing a cover for the car handle which we let them know about it. They said they have to order the part and it will take about a month! Seriously 😒 we said ok 👍🏽 cool we will wait. A month passed nothing and by the way the battery the car was completely dead and never changed it either so I had to buy a new one about $250. They took a while to give me my refund and another month to change the broken handle cover. Now the reason the battery was dead was because as I mention earlier the car would make weird noises when locking and unlocking the car. Well it was the amplifier that was damaged and was draining the battery completely. Now here we go with service. We have been going back and forth with them since late December to now (August)!!!! I don’t live close by and them wasting our only days off for not nothing is annoying!! Seriously guys, step up you communication skills. We had to call them multiple times to check if the parts were there. We had to call them to be sure they had a rental for us which apparently they never do. We had to turn back home multiple times since they had no idea if the part was there or they just didn’t remember what was wrong with the car. Like really?!?! Yolanda was in charge of our car service, guess what she didn’t do much and was useless the whole time. Same with Sandy, went home early and couldn’t even at least let the mechanic know to that the car was there early for him to start with the part replacement. I dropped off the. At at 7:40am! Now I have to leave the car for a whole week since we can’t pick it up since we both work. And all this because…LACK OF COMMUNICATION, LACK OF EVERYTHING.

    My wife and I were at a different dealership ready to buy. At the last minute my wife noticed that the truck we were going to buy had a real bad paint job. As luck would have it at that same time Carlos called me about a 2018 Expiation they just got in. I told him what was happening, and he assured me if we went to see him he would get us a lower interest rate and a better payment. He was 100% right. my wife and I are unbelievably happy with the help Carlos gave us.     Came here last week with my mom to get her into a new vehicle and honestly couldn’t have been more impressed. I initially called in to confirm the online price and spoke with George one of the managers. I asked if there’s any hidden fees and he emailed me a full breakdown including the package that’s on there. (Upon my shopping i realized every dealership does this) so i was thankful he was so transparent with us. We made an appt the next day and my mom drove off in a new explorer. Everyone was friendly and treated us with excellent service. Thank you George and team for a wonderful experience !

    I walked in just to look, since I still had 7 months left on my lease. I ended walking out with a brand new fully loaded Edge. The new general manager Ali, was very welcoming and friendly. My consultants, Veronica and Mahdi were super patient with me and helped me find the IT car. They made sure that I was satisfied and comfortable with the selection. I will admit, I’m not an easy customer so props to them for working with me. I was a little hesitant because they were so busy but they sure made the time for me. I’m glad I stopped by, I’m very satisfied with my new car, their knowledge, patience and professionalism. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured! Definitely recommend you visit Veronica.     The alarm on my Ford F-150 started mysteriously going off on its own for no apparent reason. I searched on the internet and found various possible causes. My service advisor George did an excellent job with initial diagnosis of a faulty lock mechanism which was later confirmed by a technician. I had an extended warranty which George also handled for me and completed the repair earlier than expected. Very positive service experience overall!

    This was so unprofessional, I  got to the appointment on time, just to be told: First, that the salesman I was supposed to meet with, Bryan Ramos, wasn't there. Then, that the car I had made an appointment for, had just been sold. This sounds to me like a case of bait and switch.  Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.     Very frustrated and disappointed in this dealership. Bought a used vehicle there on Dec. 6th, today is Jan. 21st and still don't have the title. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody returns text messages. I know it takes time when you are out-of-state buyer but these people act like you don't exist after they get your money. They won't even talk to you. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to worst enemy if this is how they treat people. STAY FAR AWAY from these people.

    Prices went up to service the vehicle. When the sales rep said based on my mileage that it would be $289 because they needed to change the cabin air filter, which i do, and the engine air filter, which i replace too, the service cost drops to $90+ dollars. No way those filters with labor cost that much of a difference. Typically you get a courtesy wash, not this time. My 2+ hour wait, with people getting serviced and completed after me for my oil change, tire rotation and no fluid top off, i was not completely satisfied. A plus at this location is that i found a plug next to a table to do some work, with their wifi.

    Looked for car prices online through carfax and found this 2012 Honda Accord for the price of 6999 and drove almost 2 hours to go see this car because of this price. When we got there I asked for this car and and I told them the price and they took my down payment and then when it came down to sign the contract the numbers were way higher than expected. I was very aggravated because this was not told to us before going into the contract signing room. The price difference was way too much and I kept questioning why and they told me straight out that is how they advertise, they advertise low to get customers and then once you get there the prices are not what was advertised. Well as a single mother trying to buy my college son a car to go back and forth to work the advertising price is important because I wouldn't have drove miles to get a car that I could have gotten for same price 5 mins from where I live. Long story short I was told the price difference was because they added accessories that is not optional and yet on the contract it was listed as optional purchase. The price difference after 4,000 down payment was still 11,405 from trying to buy a 6999 car. I was basically forced to take this car because my son already needed this car but I regret it. I could have bought something way nicer and newer for this price. I have tried to reach out to the finance dept after and they don't return my calls. They were so eager to take my money and now they don't even call back. No I don't recommend this dealer....

    Deceptive advertising and sales of used car prices. Chino Hills Ford ensures they advertise a popular vehicle at a lower price than surrounding dealers. Before your test drive they present the Protection Package which has been installed as an option on the vehicle. When you close the deal the price has increased $5000 due to the "optional" Protection Package. There's a 500% markup on this package and it's not optional, it's installed. It should have been included in the advertised price. They dropped the price of the Protection Package to $2037. After 3 hours of dealing with their sales process I said I was leaving. They dropped the price again to $1625 and dropped the price of the car slightly to bring the total to match my original offer from 2 hours earlier. They had completely lost my trust and my sale. I hope you have better luck.

    The environment of this dealership sadly isn’t on par with other dealerships I’ve bought from (Maserati puente hills, Claremont Toyota, Mercedes Ontario, Chevy Chino, Mercedes Riverside) they definitely make it seem like the customer is trying to lowball them when all their prices are hiked through the roof. They keep using the same tactic of “the market” to increase their prices dramatically when all other dealerships are more reasonable and actually want to make a sale. It’s like the managers here don’t even want to make a sale. I would definitely say to check out other dealerships just to avoid your time being wasted even when you have money in hand. I hope someone who actually has authority reads this so they could make a change to better management since they’re the issue.

    This dealership has comically awful, horrifically bad customer service. My service advisor straight up lied to me for weeks. I could give him the benefit of the doubt and say perhaps he was just negligent or misinformed, but that also does not reflect well on management/training here. Either way, I was given inaccurate information for a good four weeks — a full month. After several weeks of incorrect info, I asked to speak to the service manager and whoever that person is NEVER got in touch with me. My car was waiting on a back ordered part, so I just started calling the parts department directly for an ETA. The parts dept manager (I think his name was Robert) was the only sincere, competent person I spoke with at this dealership. The part finally comes in and the repair is done. After SEVEN WEEKS of my car sitting at this dealership, being lied to endlessly, no loaner car despite doing a recall repair, no reimbursement for ubers, no communication about the status of my car or the part from my service advisor, my car is returned to me completely filthy. (See pics) They couldn’t even run it through the automatic wash. How are they not embarrassed to return a car to a client like this?? Truly mind blowing. This dealership does not care about customer service. Period.

    Made an appt for oil change and I took my car in. They informed me that there was a recall that needed to be done which was fine. I hadn't received a notification about it and she informed me it was just released. Crazy thing was when I arrived home I had received an email from Ford Motor Co. informing me about the recall. Thank you Olivia. I would have had to take my car back on another day if she didn't inform me. They serviced my car quickly and was done sooner then estimated. Great experience!

    My wife went here to purchase a used car. They totally tried to scam and take advantage of her. We went to the Mercedes dealership and got a newer model with a lower interest rate. Don't let them push Capital one on you. There are other better options for financing your new or used purchase!

    bought the wife's car here and today July 21st. (Air conditioner can be controlled right side and left side.) I went in today left side will only run high heat all the time they tell me to come back in 6 weeks probably cost me $700 approximately which I don't have a problem with, if they would get me in and fix it now but come back in 6 weeks to get my air conditioning fixed in the middle of summer is unacceptable you can bet we won't buy another car here.

    7-11-2022 So update to post. Sheryl did call right away and they promptly fixed the extended warranty which was great. Due to that I was able to get the back window fixed which was under the warranty for the cable that came unattached from the glass. Bad news is they still wanted me to pay $450 for the cupholder that fell through that was defective and would not fix after I was told that was something that I would be able to get fixed. I brought up to Sheryl, Diego in service and both stuck to that I would have to pay $450 to get fixed. When I upgrade car in next few years I will probably have to look for alternate dealer unfortunately. We have purchased a car and leased a car. When I bought out the car in November the sales person sold me the extended warranty and service warranty. Per the sales person I would have bumper to bumper his words not mine and for my cup holder that fell through I would need to wait 30 days and then I could get repaired. Also the warranty would include a key once a year. He went through on his desk screen what the warranty would include and what I have is different then what he told me I would have!!! When I took the car to be repaired come to find out the sales person only did the drive train warranty. Basically I got ripped off! I have called financing twice and once spoke with Andrew with no calls back and no assistance or willing to fix the error made. I requested a call back with my options and what I need to do and have not heard anything after 2 months of trying to get this fixed!! So much for spending $100k on 2 cars.

    This Ford dealership is unbelievable dishonest! I took my fiesta to their place for regular maintenance. And they told me I need 30K miles interval and blablabla. They just try to rip you off. I have done the 30k miles interval already and they have the record on their system. And they just trying to lie and take more money out of ur pocket! Totally avoid this dealership even if u have to drive further otherwise u will be regret it! And this dealership will charge way more than other Ford dealership!     They tried to put ILLEGAL spacers on my car and told me I needed a new catalytic converter when that wasn’t the problem. They are corrupt and do dishonest work on peoples car and put their customers safety at risk. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. They are corrupt!!     SHOPPING FOR A CAR? I just bought a brand new 2020 Ford Escape Titanium with all the bells and whistles. Great experience from start to finish.     Recently I had an issue with communication breakdown between me and my new rep handling my early reservation Bronco Wildtrak. My understand from the conversation that broke down was that I would be paying over MSRP for the vehicle I’ve been waiting 18 months for so far. However, even though I was upset I received a call personally from Tyler Wafa the GM. Very personable, level headed and explained the process and how it works. I informed the information and agreement from the previous reps and he decided to honor the agreement to my disbelief.     I would like to recognize Eric in the service department for his excellent customer service. With all of the challenges due to the pandemic with getting parts for new cars and the delays receiving them it took some time to get what my car needed to get fixed.     Stay away. They put the low price online and then when you call there is some accessories (worth nothing) which they will add to the price which they won't tell you the actual price till you waist your time and money to go there and see there is another hidden $4000! It's more a trap than a dealership.

    The worst thing to find in the morning is flat tires. Well I needed an alignment and just waited to long so I got 4 new tires and the alignment. I had just started a new job. Flats are job killers for sure. I was relieved and thankful for the lift courtesy rides to and from work. It got done expeditiously, I got to work, and no worries after. Mainly thankful for the rides and customer service.

    This is a weird story... grab a cup of coffee. We've had a goal of buying an RV and a Ford Truck to pull it for about a year. I use a digital vision board to remind me of my goals and to provide motivation. The image with the tan trim is from my Vision board and the all white one (pearlescent) is what we bought. Our plans came together a year ahead of schedule. We were financially unprepared to make the purchases but we found a really good deal on a 2016 Gateway RV that was on close-out from the RV show and were able to buy it. I started looking for a truck and found this one on AutoTrader, along with 6 others. I dismissed all the Dodges because they were 6 cylinder and our RV is a big girl... we wanted 8. That left two and my heart was set on this very low mileage, used 2016 F-350. After we left the RV dealership we drove to just "look" at the two trucks - one was a 2015 but with lots of miles and lots of wear and at a "slimy" used car dealership with a clearly inexperienced salesman. We drove to Chino Hills Ford having alerted Carol, the Internet Sales specialist, that we were coming. Carol showed us the truck and it was exactly what we wanted - a year ahead of schedule. We had very little to put down, were upside down in our Ford Fusion and had good credit - not great. Carol got the deal put together and got us approved! Our experience from initial contact to out the door, with sales, finance, GM, and service, was terrific. I highly recommend this dealership.

    We recently took our Fusion in for a steering wheel problem. Our service rep seemed annoyed when we called to get status. He claimed he made "several" calls and said he left a message. We checked our phone and only found "one" call, which my husband couldn't answer from the dentist chair and there was NO message. The service rep was not very polite about letting us know. This is not the normal customer service we received in the past. Do I leave his name? Do I report this to the Service manager? Or do I just let this go and chalk it up to maybe him having a bad day? Therefore only 3 stars. 3/17/19 The review below was from when we first purchased our vehicle and our Sales person Safeer deserved the 5 stars. I guess we can't do separate reviews so I thought I'd clarify here. 3/17/19 Safeer was extremely helpful in getting us into the car we wanted. He was very friendly and answered all our questions. Took car to a mechanic the next day 700. For repair of pump and brakes.. Will no longer use the dealership. The Customer Service is terrible. Hiked up prices....

    My experience has been the same as other reviewers here as well. Walked in to place an order for a new Ford Transit. Have been getting the run around for weeks with different stories of how to place the order even though I thought that was done TWICE now! Have been called and emailed by 5 different people with a different plan of action each time. This place has glaring issues and I will take my business to another location. Have purchased over 20 vehicles and this dealership has been the biggest waste of time.

    Public Beware! Took our car in, of which we purchased just 4 months ago, to see why the AC was not blowing cool air. The service department reported there being nothing wrong with the AC except that the AC had to be recharged for $300 and was not covered under the Platinum warranty we paid for. I left the car there for about a week just to get the AC recharged and paid the fee. The next day after having picked the car up, I noticed the AC was still not working. I drop the car off for a second time and they told me they could not find what was wrong and that it may cost me up to $500 to repair. I said no, and took the car home and recharged the AC myself with A/C Pro for about $50 mind you I also had to buy a special adapter. The AC works great now. What the heck did I give them $300 for? What are they getting away with other folks. This dealership is supposed to be under new management.... Be ware of these scams people.

    The salesman was amazing but the rest of the dealership was not so much. You think after buy a $60,000 truck they would give you a full tank of gas but nope they only give you a 1/4 tank. Their finance team uses the same false advertising tricks that you would expect from a dealership with no morals. Put one price up on their website to get you to come in than have a different price that is $5000 to $9000 more. The finance guy gets you to sign the paper for your deal than comes back as ask for more and promises to give you a little to but than doesn’t. I had a check in hand and it still took me over 4 hours. To be honest I would recommend this place to anyone.

    I just needed a simple oil change for my Ford Escape and filled out their form online to schedule it. Not long after I got a phone call from Gabriel about coming in to buy a Ford Escape? I was confused and told to contact the service department if I wanted to get service and that it would be wise to schedule it instead of walking in since weekends are busy. I checked my e-mail shortly after and saw a response to my service request saying they were excited by my Ford Escape inquiry, except I never inquired to buy one. I was told I could come in and test drive it which was not at all what I wanted. I filled out a service request, not a request to look at cars. I responded and told them that I had never wanted to buy a car. I filled out a form on their website to get my Ford Escape serviced, not buy one. Clearly they never read my e-mail response. When I called back to reach the service department Gabriel put me on hold 3 times in a row and kept asking me what I was calling about even though I had already told him I was trying to reach the service department. Each time he got back he acted like it was a brand new call saying hello, how can I help you after placing me on hold which was odd and annoying. Which of course he never ended up actually let me reach by telling me that they thought they might be busy. I have already got my car serviced elsewhere since they can't seem to understand wanting to schedule a simple service request. They contacted me two days later on Monday night trying to call me at 8PM asking if I wanted to come in today to look at a car. I did not pick up the phone since I don’t normally pick up unknown numbers especially at night. Also, why would I want to go at 8PM in the middle of the night? Gabriel definitely had not read my e-mail response. After not picking up, I got a text about coming in to buy a car as well as a voicemail from Gabriel. Thank you, but no thank you. I do not want to buy a Ford Escape. I already have one and if I did I highly doubt I would from this location if they can’t even understand something as simple as wanting to get an oil change. It should not be this difficult.

    I bring my truck here for the simple fact that it is convenient for my busy life schedule. I could easily do the preventative and routine maintenance myself, but at the prices Chino Hills Ford offers I can't let the offer pass me by. The staff is always friendly and attentive. They have done major repairs on warranted items on my truck and I have nothing, but good things to say about my experience with that situation. I have gone to another Ford dealer for maintenance, but the staff wasn't as friendly and they price gouged me for something as simple as an oil change with additional charges such as a wash that I never asked for. After that experience I figured the drive from Riverside to Chino is worth my time.
