They make your due date on a Sunday when there closed and don’t honor if you pay it on a Monday watch out for these hustler’s

Always friendly always professional always packing there guns. Really nice experience and always a pleasure to go into there store, always have the best prices and a larger inventory then I imagined.

Pawn shops are always a rip-off, that's why they stay in business, knowing that, these guys have done a great job of storing my valuables. Money when needed and even took electronics nobody else would. I recommend to anyone needing these services, try these guys.

Manager tried to come out of store, and get involved after I chased a tweaker down to the parking lot after he stole a bike from my backyard! Plus, the chick with the black hair has an attitude like she's hot. I could put up with it if She was good looking, but unfortunately She looks like Seth's Sister from Hardcore Pawn!

I’d give them zero stars if I could, I hate being that guy but my PlayStation was running 100% fine, I needed the money, took it for a pawn, their employee hard reset my hard drive while “testing” it (I watched him hold the power button multiple times equals a hard reset) and ended up frying it on the spot. Then proceeds to say, “I know how to fix that.” What a coincidence right? Didn’t even bother arguing with them. Goodluck to anyone else.

I've dealt with Dave and Mario for years. Since before they moved to where there at. The original location was where Omar's phone accessories are located. They've always showed great love for me and my family. Dave is still with Rialto Pawn and I pray he never leaves. Thank you Rialto Pawn and workers.

This store chooses not to follow state law. Not one employee was wearing a mask here. I can only commend the employee I was working with in that when I asked if he could wear a mask while he was directly working with me he did. But when I asked if they were aware there’s a state law to wear masks the reply was “it’s a free country, we can do what we want.” It’s really frustrating when so many businesses cannot open, so many business owners are faced with real loss because of it, customers cannot enjoy indoor dining or workouts, religious services, visiting many places, visiting elderly loved ones or being with their child in a hospital, that this business which is allowed to remain open, completely ignores health guidelines and state law. This store is not being professional in refusing to operate by state law public guidelines. The attitude “we’ll do what we want and too bad for everyone else” puts a really bad taste in my mouth. Five employees, no masks and ignoring social distancing getting within 1 foot away from customers faces. I didn’t feel good about visiting this location.

When my parents and I went there we got to experience the kindness of the workers there. They are by far some of the nicest people I have ever seen working at a pawn shop. I will most definitely go there again after my experience from today.

It was a great pawn shop I’m a customer for years but unfortunately the daughter is taking over I don’t see him very much but she is rude and her prices are very high but the employees are very good very good customer care but her man she is going to bring the business to the floor just wait two more years!!!!!
