I highly discourage anyone from using this organization. From beginning to end the process was stressful and irritating. I have never witnessed such an incompetent staff. When I was recommended to this place I laid all my cards out on the table to create an up front and honest relationship. I was assured that my situation would not hinder me from closing. Throughout the entire process I consistently reminded them of my situation, over and over again. I was promised that my situation wouldn’t affect closing and I had nothing to worry about. Months before closing all of a sudden everything changed, my situation was now an issue and several additional documents were being requested from me. My closing date got pushed back twice because additional documents were needed. I was very frustrated tolerating the staff and I was very close to walking away. However, if I had done so I would have forfeited my earnest money. This organization moves at an expeditious pace only when they want something. If you request information from the then be prepared to wait days on in. I wish I have just stayed with USAA. The only thing I did was find a house and sign on the dotted line; very smooth transaction. I don’t wish anyone to experience what I had to go through and god forbid you’re a first time home purchaser. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS 🤬🤬🤬

Nancy did an amazing job for us. She helped us get a better interest rate and lower cost that Veterans United. She proved to be a great agent and saved us money up front and in the long run. The process was seamless and too easy to comprehend. I would recommend to everyone who wants a problem free process and a woman who does it all for you.

Did a VA IRRL with Nancy. She was recommended to me. We did all of the paperwork online. Nancy sent a notary to my house to do our closing. This was relatively painless. I'd recommend her to anyone looking. I shopped around and the fees with Nancy were fair and lower than any big company. Quicken wanted me to pay thousands more in fees.
