I worked with Todd on looking at cost estimates for accepted and pending offers. He was always prompt to answer any questions and inquiries I had. As a first time buyer he offered sage advice on the entire process and pointed out things I never thought to consider. Ultimately another lender was able to provide a better offer and Todd was very honest and direct with me that its not something he could beat. I will definitely consider AJM Mortgage for my next loan needs.

Getting a Mortage can be a real pain. Half the people I talked with would literally talk me in circles. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get approved on my own due to an issue with the irs and my tax. No one else got it don’t. 1/2 hour on the phone with David and I had a pre-approval letter in my email. He knows what he’s doing and he’s efficient at doing it. What more could you ask for?

Todd and his group were fantastic. They helped us navigate through all the issues that popped up along the way. He remained cool and calm when my wife and I may not have been. We had little to no idea about how the home buying process worked when I first got my job and knew that we had to move across state lines. Justin was incredibly understanding and patient with us when it came to our learning curve. He made the entire process feel personal and friendly.
