Isaiah and Terry were absolutely amazing!!! So glad I went here today, one of the better experiences I've had with BoA, and I'm a pleased BoA customer. Thanks yall!

Made an appointment online. George is super friendly and professional. Fast and excellent service.

In my opinion, the Baum branch of the Bank of America is an absolutely terrible branch of an absolutely terrible bank. They don't return emails or phone calls. In general, calling Bank of America is a tremendous waste of time as you will have to wait for a long period of time and then the person who answers, if you are lucky enough to get someone who answers rather than a recording to leave a message, generally won't be able to help you anyway. I will never again have anything to do with Bank of America. I was previously a stockholder and sold all of my stock as I have no intention of supporting an organization that could care less about its customers.

Came to the center to fix what should be an easily resolved login issue. Turned into a days-long nightmare. The miserable extent “service” I got from the financial center was them telling me to fix it on my own, because their outdated corporate system had their hands tied.

Absolutely abhorrent. I opened an account 6 days ago and when I realized someone had already gained access and changed my information I could not get any help from these people. It seems as though the phones at this location is for show and not for actual use. I called at least a dozen times to no avail. Take your business elsewhere. It’s not worth the headache.

Absolute garbage. Called multiple times and no one answers, I get there and they need me to have an appointment... ANSWER YOUR PHONE AND ID HAVE AN APPOINTMENT

Don't bother. Bank anywhere else but here. The folks at this company will not and cannot help you at all. This company is run by robots and archaic banking policies. Their customer service doesn't know what they're talking about or how to count business days. Oh yea, I'm a real customer with an exquisite payment history. I can only imagine what they'd be like if you had a problem or owed them something. Go to a pay day lender before you start banking here. The absolute worst.

Worst location. Never willing to help with anything. Cannot open an account online. Cannot schedule appointment online. Cannot walk in to open an account because everyone is “busy” in their offices doing nothing. Don’t want to waste my time in the middle of my work day trying to walk in to see if they have an appointment, yet cannot call beforehand because they do not answer the phone. Been a B of A customer 15 years and this location embarrasses me constantly to everyone who I’ve ever raved about B of A to. So good job for that?

While I like the convenience of banking with the ATM, I wasn’t aware that depositing my paycheck with the teller would place a hold on it for 3 days especially when I mobile deposited a paycheck previously. I also haven’t understood why my transactions aren’t drafted immediately as they are made... no way there should be transactions from 2 days ago processing still an when my deposits go in the next day I’ve been transacted a total of 100.00 in small transactions made over a week?? 980.00 deposit woke up to 630.00... will be looking into another bank (reason I left from BOA in college, still the same)

My FIRST experience was a PLEASURE! I continued to open my account. I did make an appointment as advised online due to COVID, and arrived a few minutes early, my service was professional, personal and very friendly. It was relief after the video banking horror for me. Thank you for a Beautiful experience.
