Walked in and instantly got great service. Josie helped me out and explained everything in great detail. Even helped my husband and he is a first time customer. Best customer service I’ve had. Thank you so much Josie, you had us laughing and enjoying our visit and made us feel very comfortable.

I went in the store looking for information about getting a loan and what I would need for the loan. I was very please to enter the store and be greeted happily by 2 very nice ladies. They greeted me with cheerful voices and introduced themselves. One of the ladies Niria- was being very helpful to another customer while I was being assisted by the other worker Josie. Josie was very professional and when I asked about the loan she was more than happy to explain the process and what I needed to receive the loan. I would definitely recommend this location to others because of the customer service is great here.👍

Josie Campos is the rep for the Advance America at the Stockton Blvd location who has helped me with my loan process on multiple occasions. Josie is very respectful, friendly, polite and prompt in her business. I’m always glad to work with her when I can. Some very pleasant people work here. I didn't get her name but she is a black lady with really intricate hairstyle and a super cheerful disposition. I was very pleased with my interaction here.
