The West Sacramento employees are amazing . They are very helpful, and they treat you like family . I have used Advanced America a few times in my past and they explain everything and you get to know them on a one on one basis . You can’t help but keep in touch even if you don’t use their services ,, they have got me out of a few problems in the past :-)) I recommend this place if you need $$ for any type of emergency, satisfied customer

Beware! this company only interest is to lend money to make 600 percent or worse take your vehicle and make even more profit, it should be illegal. This is a last resort place to go, but they make it sound so easy. They will seize your property if you miss a payment. Then they will demand payment in full or threaten to auction. No reinstatement, no consideration. I have spoken to many clients that have had horrible experiences. This company are nothing but loan sharks.

These ladies are the best staff and so professional wouldn’t deal with any other office but this one, polite, know their aspects of their job never a rude attitude!!!!

I’ve driven past this place several times and have never needed any help or services through this company though this month I’ve needed a little extra help so I finally stopped by. I walked in expecting to be turned away and instead I was greeted with three extremely friendly and very helpful ladies. The young lady Niela helped me out and was able to get me what I needed without any sort of problem! If I need any future loans I know for sure I’ll be back at this specific location!!

Rosanna at the West Sacramento branch has always been very helpful in everyway possible with helping me with all my transactions. Love this place and their excellent customer service. Both Employees are always on point and very Kind and generous. Always informative. I’ve Never had a issue here. Even though there are other locations closer, I choose to always come to this one here on Jefferson BLVD West Sacramento.

Super awsome place to go to get a loan when your in a quick pinch. Great and awsome customer service super friendly . Always helpful to the people who missed a payment and need to work on a payment plan . Definitely recommend this location to anybody who needs a loan
