Advance America is great for those times of emergency/hardships, in this economy we at times go thorough a situation. Advance America was there for me, I applied on line for a small loan and it was deposited to my bank account ASAP. Just in time before my bank account went into overdraft. Thank you Advance America! My experience with the location on Elkhorn and Watt Ave has always been nothing but Awesome. The staff are so friendly and helpful and have always gone out of their way to assist me with all of my needs. I would recommend this location to anyone!! Thanks girls for your excellent customer service and caring 👍🏽👍🏽

Martha was very polite and professional and got me in and out in less than 10 minutes with a new loan thank you.

Literally said they can't extend my loan by a week because I changed jobs. They could put a note on the account but corporate might still just push that button. California check cashing had no problem doing it for me and they also didn't send me harassing messages about being late like Advance America. I even called corporate to explain my situation and they said they would extend me but that didn't stop the harassing messages either. The final straw was hitting my account very early before my direct deposit hit which cost me a $22 insufficient funds fee. CALIFORNIA CHECK CASHING GIVES ME THE DAY TO COME IN TO CONDUCT MY BUSINESS.

This morning I went into this location to do a pay day loan. I’ve been to this location before but it’s not my normal location I go to. In the past the woman who work there have been nice and helpful. Today When I walked in a Latina lady helped me who I’ve seen before but has never helped me. I told her I wanted to do a pay day loan and that I should be in the system because I’m a regular. She then stated to me with a stank look on her face, well you must not be that much of a Regular because I don’t Recognize you. After I made that statement I felt as though I was judged for some reason because of what I said I don’t know why but that’s the feeling I got ! Then she asked me when I was in last. Like it matters??? I told her last month some time and I bounce around locations. She then began strolling through the computer looking at whatever like she was investigating me or something I noticed it was taking a little longer than usual when I go in to do a payday loan. I Asked if I could push my payback date to the 30th that way I could just paid off and not have to re loan on a earlier payback date . She refused she wouldn’t even check to see if they would let me! I then decided to leave and go to another location because I needed cash and she stated no cash she would have to give me a check or something. I was just a little taken back by her snootiness.The reason why am writing this is because I then went to the Arden location and had a very pleasant totally different experience with the staff member there she was so friendly I didn’t feel judged She was willing to check and see if I could do a payback date of the 30th because she knew it would make it so much more helpful for me as a had an Financial emergency and it would be more of a stress on me to payback a sooner date. It took Me literally five minutes to process the payday loan at the Arden location I was in and out in a flash with cash in my hand. And the lady was so helpful and understanding at the Arden location thanks again ARDEN advance America. I won’t go back to the other location because I felt judged and I don’t want to deal with her snootiness.

I came here for a title loan I was low on funds just need little something to get me to pay day. The staff made me feel very conformable explained the process. Quick and painless Olivia helped me she was amazing!!!!!

In office or on line, the experience has been simple, and the staff on Watt Ave North Highlands, are courteous and knowledgeable. I give them a 5 Star rating!

This PayDay Company Uses Clarity a credit reporting company that reports incorrect old out dated information, and/or inconsistent fraudulent information . It gets information from transunion , experian or equifax. and resales it to pay day, installment and other short term lenders. However, adds its own derogatory information that Advance America will erroneously use. Moreover, Advance America wont do the hard credit check lowering your score or reporting anything to the bigger Companies because Clarity doe's the hard credit pull and erroneous reports for these payday and short term installment lenders. Shame on you Advance America . No wonder there are fraudulent scamming criminals out there using your company name for fraudulent loans scamming folks out of there hard earn money.
