Jakayla was great! She was new I think I haven’t seen her before . However she was far from acting like it! She got me in and out. I appreciate how quick my visit today was I don’t like to wait to long I usually am when I come to this location specifically they never have any staff usually only one girl trying to do everything alone . Thanks girl for helping me out being so friendly & also getting it done and getting me out the door! Now that she’s working I won’t mind this location much anymore hopefully she isn’t just a temp.

Sent every phone call to voicemail. Even when I got there they wouldn’t pick up the phone only decline calls. Wouldn’t read my card and made me come back with cash. Don’t go here if your in a rush

After A long day of work I just wanted to go in and out and handle my business and the manager marina Made the experience so wonderful it was fast she was friendly and I didn’t even notice that my feet was hurting from work all day it was just a great experience it actually made my day after a hard day at work her customer service was AMAZING! it makes me never want to go to a different ace check cashing or any other check cashing like I’m always gonna want to go to ace check cashing just to experience that customer service again it was a wonderful experience

I came into a cash express on Elkhorn Boulevard in Sacramento to send money to a Incarcerated family member. Marina and Stan were courteous and I was on my way in no time. I will definitely go there again.
