I was helped by Cecilia and Bryan and they were very helpful and professional telling me about the merchandise. I buy my jewelry, shoes, and other little cool items All the time here. At capital City Loans & jewelry II on Fruitridge, one man in particulates his name is joe, I think his ID # is 1106. He was very kind and he was knowledgeable about almost everything I was curious about. I took a long time looking but that didn't seem to bother him but I did buy a gps with a stand and cord charge, for my car and he helped me to unstoo how it works He was so friendly. I loved his accent ,his voice really calm and smoothing. He said that he had an speech impairment . I love the way he talk and his helpful nature and attitudes. Worst customer service and most exspensive prices with firearms that I have ever experienced. Waited a 1/2 hour to look at a .33 caliber rifle, and nobody even asked if I needed help. If you want fantastic customer service with a great price go to River City Gun Exchange. You will be happy you did.

Love this pawn shop unfortunately I need them from time to time but they make the experience comfortable. He explained in detail as to how they would value my tools vs me selling privately and I felt confident about selling to them. I just didn’t have the gift of time so I had to go with quick sale.
