Loyalty Pawn #2 Florin Mall Dr, Sacramento

I have been a customer of loyalty pawn for years even before they were loyalty. I have never been so upset with a store ever in my many years. I go to the florin store and lately it has been issue after issue. My latest is going to have me walk away from loyalty for good and take my business else where. I called the store on the 23rd of February to get the link sent of all my owing tickets. The assistant manager sent me the link so I paid it. On March 4th I get a text saying I was in default for 1 item. I called and got no where with her again. I went into store and was speaking with a male and she took over the conversation and still couldn't get no where. I called on another day and spoke to Mark and basically just kept getting told to just pay it. She failed to do her job and I get treated as if it was my fault. I told Mark I get paid on March 21st and I would make the payment then but when I called him today to get the link sent to me he refuses and wants me to come in. I told him I was out of town and if told me I needed to come in then I wouldn't have left. I am at a loss with all this and I am really not interested in dealing with loyalty any further. As soon as I am able to remove all my items from this store I will be doing so and will not be returning. Everytime there is an issue it seems to alway involve the assistant Manger lady. All could have been avoided if she just would have called me said she made a mistake.

Been to different shops and so far they have more than what bigger shops have. Came in once to look for tv's and they did have better brands like Samsung, Toshiba and LG. They also have a wider variety of sizes unlike the others who only got Vizios at 50's the most. Wide variety also of SLR's and bikes. You might end up bagging home a treasure out of this store!

Workers were nice and very helpful. My friend and I came in for an Xbox but left with an LG smart TV. They even offered us red bottom shoes and other good items. Great service and great people.

Customer service was excellent. As we go through the pandemic that we're having it's good to have "Loyalty Pawn" on your side when you need that extra cash. You all are forever grateful in my book. You guys truly live up to your name "Loyalty Pawn".

Awesome experience honestly. I came in looking for a watch for myself and ended up getting an LV bag. The deals you cannot beat here. I really enjoyed my visit here. It was clean and I felt well taken care of. Travis was the one who helped me look at jewelry and he was very friendly, outgoing, and knew his stuff. I am in the market for a particular ring style and he will be on the lookout for me! That is great customer service.

These guys are great! They went above and beyond to take care of me even though I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted. Travis stayed late to help me out and educate me on diamonds and settings. He was delightful and patient and offered a great deal on the perfect ring for my now fiance.

I love this pawn shop! The customer service is great! They treat you very well when you walk in. They make sure that you’re accommodated. Prices are fair and at most times below what other people would sell it for. I recommend using them if your in Sacramento or in the area because you won’t regret it. I got a deal on a huge camera setup for only $225 off of the $300 price because they had a sale going on. They make everything very convent. There is so many selections of items and if you come here. I have been searching high and low for an affordable sewing machine for my mom. She makes a lot of traditional clothes and she burned through her last one and I wanted to try and spend less money for a more affordable and long-lasting sewing machine. I found some at the shop and received a lot of help. Tony showed me around and helped me pick the perfect one for my mom. I now know where to come for my future purchases and as soon as I get my next pay check I am going back for the machine!

Always willing to work on the price and set a reasonable deal. I don't see why they are given so much trouble in the reviews, sounds like they didn't get their way. I've always had a pleasant experience coming here and will continue to do so

Great experience with mark but horrible customer service from zabi. I bought a ring with them since jan 2016. I brobably pawn it 20 times. Needles to say made there money back by interest alone. This time I lost the ring and mark found it. I would think for a loyal customer and how much I paid for it. It will be fair knowing the pandemic and I still have stuff pawn aswell. But zabi with black and white and charged me almost 200 more. I want to say thanks mark but I never dislike anyone in that shop until today.

I recently visited because I collect autographed baseballs. I went in hoping to find one. Travis was quick to help me and even inform me about some other really cool autographed items in the shop. He was great and I can tell he loves working here because he is so enthusiastic about everything the shop has to offer. I will definitely be back!

I loved the customer service Earnest I believe his name was, showed me so much kindness and was very informative, very professional- he knows his stuff. The price for my pawn was more than fair honestly I asked for less back so I can get my stuff back fast 😆 Anyway I would definitely recommend this spot.

Was offered $20 for a brand new item that sells at home depot for over $250! They were very rude and made me feel worthless.. went down the street to capitol city pawn and got over 3x what loyalty offered and they were very friendly and . Much nicer pawning experience there. I wont wont be back to loyalty pawn ever again. Only reason I gave a star was cause I had to.

I went in to buy a ring for my girl. They have a very generous maintenance and return policy for jewelry, they offered me a one year plan and even gave a few days to return if she wasn't satisfied. Much more generous than most pawn shops

I came in for a loan on a dress wedding band. They asked what I needed, I told them and then received that amount. I was in and out in no time on my first visit.

Well I took five brand new tools in for a pawn loan and they reveiwed on eBay for 185.00 at 35% for all five tools. The girl argued with me, said they were only offering 70.00 tops... They tried ripping me off! I've been in this store many times before and they've done OK by me, but not this time. I had a horrible experience with this pawn shop and shame on you for trying to get more money from a customer than expected! Shame on you! That girl should be fired!😬

They had the wrong phone number so they couldn't reach me to tell me the layaway payment was due. They had my drivers license information so they should have dropped me a post card but instead they sold the bass to someone else. Loyalty? NOT!

I needed to get a new film camera, had a great experience. The shop manager took great care of me and was super friendly. Cleanest pawn shop I’ve ever seen. Definitely will come back for some of the items I saw in the cases. They’ve got some vintage lenses and a good selection of guitar amps. A ton of TV’s if you have a business that needs screens too.

I have been coming to Loyalty before becoming loyalty. Never a bad experience. I've bought very nice jewelry, movies, gaming, and electronics. The staff is always great. And work with me if I need. My jewelry conviently lives there; all I do is come in to pay the interest every 3 months. It is well taken care of! Even got a referral to resize a ring. I have always been super skeptical about pawn shops so I did my research and I am so happy I found this location. Not only is it clean and not what I expected in the best way. I needed to let go of some old memories attached to a few pieces of jewelry and Travis was able to help explain to me about each piece and what they look for and really made me feel as if I weren't being taken advantage of. I am completely blown away with the customer service here. I just came in with my son looking for a Nintendo switch for his graduation gift. I’ve been tight on money and couldn’t afford to buy him a brand new one. When we were checking out Travis rang us up. While we were making conversation my son kept talking about another video game he wanted. Unfortunately that wasn’t in our budget and I told him to pick between the game we were buying or the other one he wanted. Travis informed me about the deal of the day which made the game he wanted a little more affordable but still over our budget. When I declined Travis asked me what I was able to afford and threw in the extra game for a little under their marked price. I have never been so impressed by customer service like this. I had never been to a pawn shop before today, but my experience, like many other people, was awesome! I had expected a sketchy location, poor service with unenthusiastic employees. With that being said I felt the need to write a review because after leaving I had a new perspective on pawn shops. The main reason for my change in perspective was due to the service I received from Travis. He was extremely friendly and spent time with me without making me feel like a burden. I didn’t expect to have such amazing service at a pawn shop. I left feeling completely different than I had when I first came in. I never expected to receive better customer service here than my regularly frequented brick and mortar stores.

Today was the first time I did buissness with loyalty pawn #2. They were very nice. I didn't have to wait long.. I got a fare price for my item. Left satisfied and with cash in hand.. I shop at pawn shops often and this is by far the best one I've been too. It has always been clean and they always have the best selection. When I visited last week I came in just to browse some of the jewelry. I ended up leaving with a watch for my husband and a very nice necklace for me. The guy who helped me, I believe his name was Travis, had incredible taste. He was able to point me in the direction of a stylish watch that my husband ended up loving, and he never likes what I pick out for him! Grate prices; good options, they will also try to work with you to get you a better price if you need. You can always find gums there! They take name brand good condition shoes and they also sell them. They also have name brand purses like LV and coach. Looking for some good prices head to them they have sisters stores as well if they don’t have it they will ask their sister stores.

My friend's fiancee got her ring here, it was stunning but it didn't break the bank. They offered a payment plan that spaced out the payments so he could handle it. My fiancee took their advice and got my ring here and we're glad he did!

I have been a customer of loyalty pawn since 2017. And I have never had service like I have had today. A sales associate by the name of Zabi she was very rude. I get it the type of business this is you have to have a strong personality, but she was just flat out rude. She is very lucky that I know Jesus.

I really needed a loan to help pay off my car. They gave me very fair terms and didn't try to pull a fast one, I was impressed with their integrity and honesty.

Not issues before but today they charge double to take out my computer and the lady "manager" Did not help me, she told me they return the over charge to my bank in aprox 7days but the bank will charge 35 extra for not having funds in my account .

I stop in all the time. Friendly service and staff. Always willing to make a deal. Picked up a sweet table saw from my friend Zabiyah for a heck of a deal.
