Bought my very first gun here. The whole experience, from taking the FSC exam to completing all of the forms for fire arm purchase, was great and took less than 45 minutes. Everyone in the store was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and most importantly not pushy nor cocky. I def will be coming back for ammo needs and possibly another fire arm.

I have been going here for 20 + years and won't go anywhere else . These guys have always showed me respect and always have nice conversation when im there to do buisness. They have gone beyond regular buisness duties to help me keep my tickets organized...And they will try to always make shure I get a good deal when I make a purchase from there buisness.I love all the people who work there and the family environment I feel everytime I'm there...i will forever keep my buisness here and encourage others to check them out....awesome selection of beautiful jewlery and so much more

I have had several primary interactions with Buy Sell Trade It All and they were all great. I purchased a HK USP V1 online and had it shipped there and Buy Sell Trade It All called the same day to tell me of its arrival. We took care of the needed paperwork and fees and after the 10 day waiting period, they again contacted me on the exact day to pick up. The person for each day was different but the service quality, promptness, courtesy, and friendliness was all excellent. 7/31/2021: I called and spoke to Tammy about buying ammo online and shipped to Buy Sell Trade It All but they weren't on the online store's FFL list and how can they be added and whether I can have it shipped to them for my pickup. She said yes and informed me of the fees and said she will contact the online store and provide them with a copy of their license after I gave her their name and phone number. The online store probably had internal miscommunication or delays but I still wasn't able to place an order with them in spite of Tammy following-up and calling me to tell me she sent the license to them. So I contacted her and reconfirm with her and then the online store. I still wasn't able to purchase and had to contact both again and Tammy was still gracious even though she had customers as Buy Sell Trade, and would follow-up with the online store with the specific information and verbiage to ensure that I am able to order. I am awaiting for the online store to process everything and I'll be sure to update the situation.

Excellent Service very helpful staff I made a few smaller purchases at this shop in the past and their service was excellent. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Recently I made a larger purchase and again the service was impeccable and Tammy was extremely helpful. This is an excellent place with quality prices and excellent staff.

They are just like any pawn shop. Your there cause you need money. If you take an item in there that's a few thousand they will give you the pawn price and if they are willing to buy the pawn price is 25$ lower than the price they offer to buy. I was insulted because they thought if I was that desperate or my item was stolen or I was just stupid I would take that offer. I just pawned my item and got it back a week later.

The staff are always professional and really honest. They have my business based on great customer service. I'm grateful.

Everyone who works here is genuine and straight forward and friendly. Ive made 4 seperate purchases here and each time they have been great at striking deals with me and surpassing my expectations. Every employee that ive interacted with has been helpful. A+ customer service especially Tammy!

I haven't purchased any firearms there, however in comparison to other shops they're staff is just as knowledgeable, friendlier in some circumstances, and the price are the cheapest of them all. The only down side is that if you catch them at the wrong time then there will be no one there to assist you. 4.5 stars rounded up 5. Edit: I don't mess with pawn shops. I have no experience with that end.
