Quit ur job if u don’t like answering questions on the phone period !

I had the pleasure of working with Kelsey yesterday. I have never gotten a loan before and not only did she help me with every step but she was incredibly patient with me and very knowledgeable as she answered all my questions. Because of her I wont go to any other loan place when times get tight. I had a very rude manager at check city on El rancho named Joy that almost deterred me from going to any other loan place.
