Amazing Experience, Adam got me close to 2% fixed for 30 years, it is nice to work with a Loan Officer that has access to hundreds of lenders where he picks the best lender that offers the lowest rate real time. so much better than the quotes I got from lenders that only could offer 1 product. The process was simple online drag and click to a secure site. It was too easy, I referred him to a friend that after their refinance they saved over 800.00 per month. I feel that it has been an opportunity to work with someone that isn't blowing their horn all over the airwaves as the highest volume or lowest price lender with conditions that most will not qualify for.
