    This was my first time ever having to use Ace or any check cashing place for that matter and the woman who helped me, Pauline, made it an absolute breeze! I have been handling some personal problems and today was not a good one whatsoever so I wasn’t even in a very good mood when I went in but her cheery and humorous demeanor was able to shine some light on an otherwise very dark day and time. She explained the process and fees, etc. thoroughly and made a process otherwise unknown to me very clear and simple. Thank you so much Pauline for being a great person today.     They cheat you out of your money..it's a unsafe work place. Always check your receipts cuz they overcharged for everything

    The worst financial institution I have encountered in US. I had two MoneyGram transfers to get. First of all, they refused to give me both, and only accepted the lower amount and refused the second one (it was just few grands) claiming that it was too risky for them and they could just refuse, they definitely have weird partnership with MoneyGram. But the worst part started after, even with the first transaction, they claimed that I had to make debt card with them, so they would put money there and partially they would give me cash. They gave me cash with $20 bills only, which was ridiculous, and the debt card, while they mentioned it was free, it was charging some inactivity fees and after I decided to simply buy Amazon gift cards, they took several dollars fees for just $100 transaction. Just keep away from it, unless it's too urgent.
