The lady with tattoos who works at this location in the morning definitely got an attitude. She is not cordial unprofessional and she refused to serve very rudely. I will never come back to this location. They should hire someone who treat costumer with respect

The Absolute Best experience ever at. Latoya was the most knowledgeable and professional associate I have ever met. She is the epitome of how all of your associates should be trained in their position. She should be training associates or be used as an example during training to show all agents how to interact with customers while training a co-worker and still being professional with Exemplary Customer Service Interaction. From the Best experience in customer service to the worst .. My latest visit was HORRENDOUS, the cashier Laura is so disrespectful and rude I will not do business at this location with her ever again .. Trust that had she been there before I would NEVER return!

I have just recently started visiting Ace Cash Express on the Southside and it is by far the best customer service I have ever had! Ms. Latoya is always so uplifting and her radiant. She is always putting a smile on my face and helping me with whatever it is that I am having trouble with. She truly cares about her customers and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her and have never been more satifised with any other bank or service othan than hers! Keep up the outstanding work!

I just left Ace Cash Express on the Southside and I just want to say that Latoya was so kind. She was smiling and super friendly. She welcomed me and thanked me. Good customer service is very rare these days and it has gotten worse since Covid-19. It was refreshing like a breath of fresh air. Thanks Latoya and this will be my new location now. These public reviews are not my thing, but I felt compelled to write one for ACE on Carson St. S.Side because I had such a great experience there with representative Holly. She is just an absolute delight! She was also polite, knowledgable and efficient with her work. In the past I have always felt like the clerks at ACE were rude and very condescending. And SLOW! But Holly is a breath of fresh air not just for an ACE employee, but really in general she is a friendly young woman. Her sincere, bright smile lights up the room, which brings a ray of bright positivity to the fluorescent-lit gloom of a check cashing office... I just had to write this note because I want management to know that your employee Holly 100% deserves a raise and a handsome holiday bonus check!
