    My bank account was hacked ; as such, I had to frequent this establishment. I am so happy it was the first and last time ever. It's been at least or two decade since I had to utilize a service such as this type of establishment. The lack of consumer service was appauling. How rude. considering, an absorbent fee is charged to provide this service, you would think consumer service would be excellent.It was anything but respectable and decent. Mae, was perhaps the rudest human being I have encountered. She lacked willingness to assist, I felt I was made to feel inadequate- disrespected and as if she was doing me a favor by doing her job. She should not be a front line employee, nor the face of Ace. I highly recommend quality assurance measures are put in place. to monitor how your employees treat the very people that generate your revenue for such a business to operate. Kindness, willingness to assist with an all inclusive approach are amiss from Mae consumer service approach. I'm thankful, my issues were resolved, so Mae never has an opportunity to handle me in such an ill manner. If you find yourself in a predicament chose another location.

    I love these ladies !!! Thank you Lura and Zipporah They helped me cash my check !!!! We talked and waited on the phone for a access code for about a hour and a half . I then left and came back after receiving a temporary code that didn’t work lol I want to say thank you again ladies !!! God bless !

    Laura & LaToya were very pleasant & polite I had a wonderful experience with these two ladies 03/04/2022 store 2418 rules they helped me get everything done I needed to do and brought my anxiety down I am greatful the experience was beyond amazing I recommend these two very highly ten stars and a raise if I could Thank you ladies keep up the excellent work!☺️
