They are always smiling and helpful at all times. They are the best and always friendly with no attitude. They are an excellent example of how people should be treated and they meet all expectations of how people should be treated that is in need. They have been so kind to my daughter and I and they try to help everyone and they do with excellent service. That's the way God planned it.

MY EXPERIENCE AT ACE CASH EXPRESS STORE #4144 WAS AWESOME FOR SEVERAL REASONS. FIRST THE MANAGER DIANA Y WAS VERY PERSONAL, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING. SECONDLY, THE STAFF WAS VERY WELCOMING AND HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE AND PATIENCE WITH MY MOM. IF SOMEONE WHERE TO ASK ME WHERE TO GET A LOAN I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND GIVE YOU ENOUGH TIME TO PAY BACK.

Been coming here for years. When I see Diana especially if I'm next in line with her I know for a fact I'm taken care of. Even though it's business we've built up a relationship for some time she's like family or that's how it feels. Lol

Diana and iris are always very helpful and sweet. I love banking here. Edwin is also very sweet, he helped me saved money. I love coming here!

Even though I live all the way in La I always go back to the valley because I love this branch of Ace check cashing I opened up my card there in 2014 and I continue to go there anytime I have a problem the tellers are super nice and everything always gets handled properly

The service is awesome here! Diane, Christopher and Cynthia are so sweet! They are always so helpful and patient at this location and friendly with a smile on there face every time my mom and I come. They make our day and put a smile on our face. My mom and I wish there were more places like this location. They know how to treat the customers and they go above and beyond. Been going here for a few years. Best place ever always very helpful. Diane is probably the best customer service person I've ever dealt with. I seen her deal with difficult customers with great respect. She is a great person and is why I keep coming back

My first time coming , came in to cash out my tax refund and Cynthia was very professional, definitely answered my questions , the whole process was very easy meanwhile Cynthia was adding me into the system she was multitasking and verifying my check. I definitely look forward to coming here , I felt very welcomed and understood thank you 😊

I spoke with Marisol to cash a check and she instructs me she’s going to have to speak with the manager. So I wait and after several minutes she informs me that they aren’t able to cash the check like as if I’m going to walk into an ACE CASH EXPRESS AND SHOW MY REAL ID TO CASH A NO GOOD CHECK-gtfo here. So apparently this specific location just chooses not to when I went to a different check cashing service and they cashed it NO F PROBLEM LIKE WHAT GIVES-ARE YOU FOR REAL LADY.

Edwin and daina have helped me out ...everytime I come to the store they have a smile on ...treat me like family ...love the Van Nuys location ...keep up the good work with them
