Speedy Cash Van Nuys Blvd, Panorama City

It was my first time there and it was due to my brother, who lives in Dallas, TX being laid off because of the pandemic. Not to mention the unexpected cracked radiator and coolant hoses I recently had to get replaced put a strain on my finances, and a good friend of mine referred me to you guys. I walked in holding my lil dog and was greeted with a warm smile, which made me feel welcomed. Claudia is the clerk that handle the transaction and she definitely has great customer service skills and qualities, which can't be taught, it's what's inside, it's who she is, friendly, professional, attentive, responsive, efficient, respectful, effective, clear and concise in providing information. I can go on and on, but I think you get my drift. No matter how great a service provided or product may be, if there isn't any good representation, it damages the brand. Claudia is an awesome representative of your company and I will refer anyone who's interested in a payday loan directly to Speedy Cash. This speedy cash location was exceptional. This was my first visit to a payday establishment, and for my first time, I will definitely recommend and return for another visit. Claudia, the young lady who attended me, was very kind and friendly with great customer service...the staff was as well. She was very knowledgeable about the products the company sells and answered any questions that I had. If you want a great experience with loans, go and talk to her, you wont regret it.

The corporation is a business in the world to make a profit. And that profit comes from the customers they have and work responsibility, fairly and politely to keep them . That attitude is exemplified .by not one but many of their employees. The other day I had the pleasure in working with Luz. I came in today for a loan and it was such a fast process, took no longer than 15 minutes to get you set. One of the representatives, Valerie, was very helpful and explained everything about the process thoroughly. I highly recommend her for her exceptional customer service. If I could give this place a 10 star rating I most definitely would. Bring your business here, you won’t regret it.

I went in to get my check cashed and was helped by Christy. Being my first time there, she was very courteous and professional. The service was quick and easy. Would definitely be going back when I need to cash my checks. I felt comfortable while inside and satisfied with the service upon leaving.

This Speedy Cash location saved my life! It really was super speedy, and even though there was a weird message about me potentially being married to someone in the military....which I am not....everyone there was super helpful. Shoutout to my girl Valerie who not only took GREAT care of my situation as a newcomer but also was kind and gracious enough to send me a handwritten note to my home welcoming me to California. Speedy Cash is a large chain, but this location definitely has that personal touch we all deserve. Thanks guys!
