    Worst car company ever!!! They won’t work with you on payments or refinancing options and will blow your phone up for payments daily but aren’t willing to help you. Very one sided. Very money hungry and unprofessional will lie and send emails about helping your situation due to covid just to get you to call them. The information is false. I advise anyone to look elsewhere. I didn’t even choose this company my loan was given to them. They are worst than vultures at this point. I hate dealing with them with a passion. 0 stars if I could.

    I have never had an issue with the company. They approved me when I needed a car and had a 423 credit score. I make my payments on time and its been a really great way of building my credit. Thanks for all your help!!!! Almost paid off

    This has got to be one of the worst places. Yea they’ll approve your loan with bad credit but will treat you with nothing but disrespect when calling or asking questions and don’t try to ask for a manager they are never available or if they get someone she’s been worse then the first person as if it’s their company and money being used. They do not know how to talk to people so they prey on your struggle then harass, disrespect and have no business having employees without proper training, customer service skills this shouldn’t even be a business period for that matter. Honestly I know people are in situations and desperate at times for a car but by all cost avoid doing business with this company. Not only personally have I dealt with them I know 2 other people with the same experience as well. The good reviews they may have are most likely their own friends and family on here to counteract the bad reviews. This has been going on for years with this company.

    Definitely the worst customer service ever even if your 1 day late they start harassing you!!! Mind you have a 10day period!! Then they threaten you if you dont pay your note they will have the vehicle repoed!!!...These people are among the worst in the industry of financial institutions please do not I repeat do not get financed from this company..i was able to use the on line portal to make my payment and just because my bank rejected a payment because of a fraud lookout ... They locked my online access to pay my payments for a full 1 year so now I eather pay a payment on the phone with them and get charged a $12.00 fee or I gotta do it through money gram and still get a fee!!! Stay away from this place!!

    Mr. Diaz, we appreciate your candor. We would like to convey the facts in kind. To commence, there were no threats. An explanation was provided to you in regards to the breach of contract. The ten day period is a courtesy period to avoid the late charge. If you are one day past due, you are considered late. It's stated very clear in the contract. Furthermore, you have been past due a total of seven times. Within those seven times you went over thirty days past due twice. Unfortunately, we are living in a time were fraud is rampant and the security of our consumers is very important to us. Just as your bank looks out for fraud activity, when we receive an NSF we omit this payment method for security reasons and will not be reinstated until the consumer validates that this was a mistake. A letter from your bank would be satisfactory. Details indicate that all action(s) taken were in compliance. Still, the account is now twenty two days past due with no resolution. Once again, the contract is in breach. Based on these facts, your claims have no merit. We would like to assist and mend this business relationship. Please reach us at 818-881-1234.

    I wish I can give them a 0 stars . I traded my car in and I have nothing to do with them anymore. But they will call your phone and Email and text you 30 times a day. I don’t wish them upon anyone. I cant stand how the Harass me and threaten me on a daily.

    Wow Im feeling this is the start of a long process in getting my car back. Im Already getting the run around from this company. ( Update)To my surprise, Daisy Avila was a great help. Her customer service was excellent and she made it, a point to go above and beyond to help me.

    This is literally the worst finance company you could ever deal with. I highly suggest taking your business anywhere else. Paying higher interest rate would be a welcome charge over dealing with this company. They are condescending on the phone they don’t listen and they argue about everything. Save yourself time and energy go anywhere else. All these other reviews talking about they don’t provide any type of payment arrangement assistance for COVID is 100% true. They are the only finance company that just simply said we have nothing in place for covid and suggested I borrow the money for my payment. The exact response was you haven’t had your loan open long enough so there is nothing that we can offer you.

    The supervisor Edith is rude, detrimental & unprofessional. We called them to let them know IN ADVANCE that we're tight on cash til I get my back pay this week. Although it would be 2 days over the 10 day period, we still decided to let them know our situation. That was the biggest mistake, Edith continued to belittle us like children & at one point laughed at us while trying to answer really personal questions like "why are financing a car if you're are going to be late", "we advise all customers to come up with the money somehow" & the worst "I'm the supervisor in my department & I will escalate this by tomorrow since it will be 11 days"... When I asked if I could put a card on file, make a scheduled payment or what my options are?.. she insisted we had no alternative than to pay right that second. Currently, we can't pay online as we always do due to PAC blocking out that option. This company is clearly just about their money & their employees are even worse. I wonder how they'd like to get no answers & no options. I'd give it a ZERO star rating if it was allowed.... THINK IT THROUGH, THEY ARE 1.2 STARS & OVER 200 REVIEWS.

    My fiance and I purchased a car last year and was given premier auto credit as the lender which was a mistake. Due to covid we were out of work for over a month my fiance has diabetes and it hit him really hard so he wasn't able to work we called to let them know that that would be late but we will try to get everything in at a reasonable time and they didn't care they told us that we can borrow money from family at church etc but they need their money instead of feeling sorry or remorseful they didn't care they just want money. We get the their business and it is their business to collect so we fortunately was able to pay it that was just one incident customer service was so rude from the manager all the way just to Representatives all of them very unprofessional and very. They also claimed that we have a lapse in our insurance and so they added a waiver fee to our loan when we provided that we've always had insurance not one time has it lapsed in 5 years they said oh okay we'll go ahead and credit that to your account well it should have never been taken anyways but when they make a mistake it's okay cuz it's their mistake very unprofessionalized do not recommend. Thank God we were able to switch to our credit union and not finish out our loan with them.

    Never had a problem making a payment and I’ve been with this finance place for a little over a year your new automated payment machine makes it really difficult to make a payment I’m three days late now and I don’t want to pay extra for customer support not only that sometimes when I try to make a payment using customer support it will say you are closed when you aren’t. Please go back to the old automated payment system

    I finished paying off my car the same week COVID-19 hit. I waited for my title to come in the mail but didn’t receive anything so I didn’t think to rush to get a copy due to the pandemic and everything closing (I know, I hate myself for waiting). Fast forward to New Years 2021 and both my license plates were stolen.. in order to get new ones I needed proof that my truck had been paid off and belonged to me. I called on Jan 5th and it took almost 2 weeks and 5 reps to help me get one copy of the Lien Satisfied. I don’t know who works in the Title Department but wow I’m disappointed. I made +10 calls in those 2 weeks and all I kept getting was “the titles department has not responded”. At this point I was furious and let Herbert know how upsetting it is at the time frame it’s taking to get a response. He was kind enough to understand why I was upset and made sure he got back to me the same day. By the end of the day I got a call back from him and a tracking number to my document!! Very happy with his customer service. Deserves recognition for his amazing effort. Wish I could have talked to him from the beginning.

    It is rare that I would write a review. But this company does not even deserve a star. I have seen some of their responses to other reviews stating “We pride ourselves in providing stellar service” . I would definitely like to experience that, because that is definitely not the experience I have had with this company. Out of so many messages I have left maybe I got 1 phone call returned. I have stayed in contact with Premier Auto regarding my account but everyone seems to be on a different page. When I ask for a Supervisor they are always in a meeting. Good luck on trying to contact the claims department. There have been maybe a sprinkle of employees that have been kind of helpful but no results. Believe the 1 star.

    I have to say, I'm quite surprised with all of these reviews. I've had a loan through premiere Auto credit for about 7 months now and I've never encountered any issues. I make my payments on time every month and I've only had to call in with questions a few times. They've always quickly responded. The only negative thing I will say is the interest is quite high, but I'm sure that is based on credit. If a customer has an issue with the vehicle they purchased that is related to the dealership not the lender. I hope I continue to have a good experience with premier Auto credit.

    They do not deserve even 1 star.This company and most staff are rude and arrogant(all staff i spoke with in collections have no respect and have no empathy for people in crisis). I have never been late or missed a payment in 3.5 years and the one time I am late because I lost my job during covid, they call constantly making threats and promises that my vehicle will be towed. I told them I just started back work and faxed proof but they said they couldn't help. I had one man in particular tell me it wasn't his fault, it sounded like a personal problem and to figure it out or he would have it towed in 30 minutes. His name is Manny in collections and proceeded to keep raising his voice while telling me it's not his problem over and over talking over me as I'm giving my explanation. He said we signed a professional contract not a personal problem contract when I explained I've never been late but I have lost my home, and one of my jobs due to covid and the other job I was cut down to 1/3 of my income. He was rude even more and told me "to be completely honest if it was up to me I would have repossessed your vehicle days ago". I promised to pay in 2 days from now and he said it wasn't good enough. I also explained this vehicle is my livelihood and gets me back and forth to work, so I can support my children. I just started work back and its been 2 weeks they will be the first people I paid but he said it would be to late and I would have to pay the past due balance and repo fees. All of this just because I am 29 days late. I told him I won't be behind payments and will get it caught up but it didn't matter it felt like he enjoyed telling me no and it's my problem to figure it out. I will never use this company again and can't wait till I pay them off in 5 months. I will tell everyone I can to not use this company. This world is going through hell right now and we need to work together and help one another not treat us like a number or like this pandemic isn't causing a economic disaster for people. Please rethink using this company because we all don't think we will need some empathy of understanding but we never know what the future holds. I didn't ever have a late payment and have always had pride in making all payments on time but this happened and it showed me that some companies don't care to take the time to show a little support or give a chance for people to correct mistakes.

    Worse auto finance company you can find. If you have this I feel sorry for you if you have the chance to move your auto to another finance company then do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So every year they say I don’t have insurance call them and send proof for the past 3 years I gave a doble my payment about two months ago. Then i look at my a count found out that extra money when to a fee they charge me for not having insurance. I call in because now they began charging me AGAIN for the insurance fee I have all the emails I have seen them with the insurance copy and the agent that answer me was rude and only laughted at what a was trying to explain.     I owe 2,900 on my car, I called to pay the full amount to get my pink slip and they said they added a 3,000 fee for “not having insurance” even though I have had insurance since I first bought the car. I tried to call them to fix this and they told me to fax over the proof of insurance and they always say they never received anything.

It appears that the proof of insurance has been received and all appropriate adjustments have been completed. There are still fees but it is much lower.     DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE RUNNING AS A BUSINESS!! They are rude, condescending and belittling to their clients. They do not keep up with their recording keeping cause I have checked my credit and they are more than 3 months behind on updating payments. They do not listen to you when you talk to them; they will bull you over and speak over you and just repeat the same things they have already said. Their representatives have gone as far as to ask for a picture of a private credit card and when we refused their representative threatened to cancel the final payment, which extended the time it took for the payment to go through and even charged a late fee because of their choice. When the transaction went thru they asked for a payment in cash instead of the the online payment, without resenting the online payment back. We had to seek legal advice due to their action.THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH!! STAY AWAY!!

    Mr. Wasem, it seems you have a very selective memory. You made a special request to have your loan paid in full which involved a third party. For security purposes and to prevent fraud, we needed to acquire the third party's authorization as well as specific information to ensure the third parties identity was verified. Because the third party refused to provide the information which included a copy of the credit card, the transaction did not proceed. This was required to protect the third party. There was no way for us to know that the person that made the transaction was the person on the credit card. Word of mouth is not enough. Payments are posted in a timely manner especially, through our automated system. The delay occurred and a late charge was generated because you depended on the third parties assistance but the transaction was not completed for reasons already conveyed. Therefore, since you did not have the funds anyway, the late charge was inevitable. We do not condone unprofessionalism. We have no issue addressing your grievance. If you can provide the name(s) of the associate(s) and the extensions we will address your grievance accordingly.

    I recently got my car Impounded and they have it stored at their facility in van nuys, there for I have to pay a total of 1,700 dollars to get it back. Apart from that I need insurance to get it out. yet they are charging me an insurance fee ?? Not really helpful at all I hit a financial dip but all they can help with 200 dollars Wich I am thankful for but I still have to get my tags renewed Wich is almost about 400 $ and the insurance wich I doubt is going to come out less then 200. If I could get a little bit more help I would really appreciate it.

    We sympathize with your current situation. Details suggest that our associates have presented you options. Unfortunately, it is still not helping financially. The reason why there aren't many options in this case is because the authorities mandated a 30 day hold which caused the increase in storage fees. In addition, when you signed the contractual agreement, you were made aware that the vehicle needed to be insured at all times. You are not being charged an insurance fee, you are being charged an LDW fee for not having coverage on the vehicle. Your contract is very specific on the LDW fee.     Prior to the corona virus my account was in good standing. Being here in Nevada there 20000+ people who are still waiting on unemployment who haven’t received income for 3-4 months. Unlike most financiers the didn’t allow even a month off the car payment. This morning they repossessed my vehicle. I rate them one star because they don’t understand that people are in quarantine and cannot make payments. Also another thing that is scary is the agent told me that they have cameras in the car hidden which violates all privacy practices and is illegal. I am currently gathering information on this and will be getting a lawyer to see what I can do for breach of privacy. Finally the icing on the cake was the agent cussing me out and threatening me. PREMIER AUTO CREDIT IS UNPROFESSIONAL and pride themselves on taking vehicles they are not trying to help you they are here to use you. Never forget that. If your reading this and are considering getting financing for premier auto I would strongly suggest you look to buy a car cash or get another finance company. They also add fees for making your payment which is unheard of. Very very very crooked and unprofessional business practices that don’t fall in line with other competitors in their industry. In response to the owner: Your agent said on the phone that you have cameras and I have the recording which is a breach of my privacy. Second you offered a program 2 months after people were already out of work. Third the repossession agent was the only person that spoke with respect as one of your supervisors cussed me out over the phone. Fourth you choose to have your agents reach out to me but won’t reach out to your clients yourself. Your customer service representatives are the rudest people I ever spoke to. Premier auto is a scam and they do charge fees for paying with your card. As if they aren’t already taking advantage of you with. High interest auto loan. These guys are sharks. DO NOT GET A LOAN HERE. HIDDEN COST. Update: They have been calling me aggressively threatening me at every end. I will not pay premier auto another dollar. The owner must be a direct reflection on his agents because they have the worst customer service agents I ever met. This is the worst company for auto finance and we should cancel them.

If you were advised of these programs and you did not benefit from the programs, I would venture to say that it was because you did not follow the guidelines. If your unit was repossessed, its because you are in breach of contract. We do not have cameras installed in the unit. Furthermore, any tracking devices on the unit were disclosed to you in the contractual agreement. Please refer to your contract. We do not add fees when you make your payment.     Wish i would have gotten that "debt collectors" name! He was extremely rude and did not want to transfer my call to the person who has been assisting me with the issue since the beginning! Don't work there if you hate your job, period! Anyway, if i could give 0 stars I would! I have been having so many payment and due date issues with this company. I submitted several due date change forms (Which i was informed, were never processed which is why i submitted several) and so i resubmitted one in December and provided a payment in which i was assured it would bring me up to date. I am now being notified my due date was changed since November, and now I am 2 months backed up! How could that be when I submitted the final request in December? I wish i would have seen all of these terrible reviews before getting a car with this company! Worst company ever!

Because per your request we agreed to approve an extension in 2018 and now a due date change in 2019. It was clearly explained to you the conditions in which you would be granted a due date change and you agreed. This is all documented in your account. Now, you claim that you were informed that it was not approved? How is this possible when the due date was granted on 11/27/19. Despite the approval, you missed your next payment.     This company is horrible!!! My car was repoed. They sold the car & never took my name off the vehicle. Now there has been a crime committed in the vehicle Premier Auto credit is refusing to send me proof that the car was repoed. I have been calling for a week! I've gotten hung up on several times. I have asked to speak to a supervisor they have denied my request. This company should be put out of business.!

    AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! If you have to wait to purchase a car for a better rate through another company, just be patient & wait. Tbh even if you your rate is higher through the better company, take the higher rate; pay on time & refinance through that company but DO NOT finance a vehicle through Premier Auto. You will regret it. They will never help you here no matter the situation. When you request a hire up, that person is ALWAYS on lunch break and will call you back; which that call back never happens. Miss a payment by a day & you’ll receive a phone call, an email & a text in that order; and I do mean by one day, no matter how long you’ve been a customer & no matter how many on time payments you’ve had. William Cordova & Gilmore Martinez is the apparent “managers” that will send the most threatening aggressive emails but never will respond to your emails. These two gentlemen will promise you assistance only to never call you back. When you follow up with them they have completely forgotten the entire conversation. Any program they promise you over the phone isn’t available the day you call in, you’ll have to call back; and by that time the program never existed and doesn’t exist. This is the worse financial company I’ve ever dealt with & never intend on making this mistake again. IF you have to purchase a car through this company, use that car as trade-in and stay far away from this company. It’s not worth the hassle.

Your payment may be a date late and they start harassing and threatening you with multiple phone calls from various numbers, text messages and emails.     Honestly I don’t even need to write a review since everyone has written how disgusting and bad this company is already. But what I will say is that the “supervisor” Edith is clearly a miserable woman who chose this position so she could belittle and talk down to people all day. They harass you for payment, but don’t offer any options to help you if your even a few days late. All the employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. Literally all the reviews are awful so at least we know they don’t discriminate… meaning they treat everyone horribly lol. Do not do business with this company if you value being treated with respect and kindness.

    Run away do not walk , this company is a piece of Shìt and i never write reviews for really anything but this company is messing up my credit , lied on my account saying that i hid The car from them, said I only paid two months when i had the car for over a year ( it would’ve been gone if i never paid ) i had two months left to pay off car when they took it and when they repo it I was out of town due to a funeral. No call or nothing in regards to the car i found out the car was gone when i got back it took over a week to speak to someone in regards to the car they asked for more than what was left on the loan to get it back . Rude customer service and will not try to help you. I called multiple times from my number to the person assign to my issue and continuously got no answer , i called from a friends phone and got a answer because they didn’t know the number. They tried to wait it out so days will go by and the price i owe Will go up or they can sell the car and i still owe . their company is a joke Even if you are in desperate need of a car do not go to them.. it’s a scam and they played me

Despite the fact that you were continuously past due we worked with you to help you re-establish your credit. Despite our efforts, it was of no avail. We are sorry for your loss. We followed the proper protocol and are in compliance. You were notified of the recovery and you were allotted the required fifteen days to re-instate your contract. The financials are correct. At this juncture, you are responsible for the deficiency balance because the unit has been auctioned. This was explained to you. Finally, a credit dispute was received from you and we have responded accordingly to the bureaus. It would appear that your true frustration is being caused by the credit rating reported. Compliance requires that we report to the bureaus accurately. We wish you the best.

    They keep looking up the wrong account under a quevas account and saying I have viking insurance and keep threatening for repo and I'm not even that person nor do I have viking insurance ..so I really fell confused as to who there really trying to contact.but from post I see on here they will call you and give you a different name and account information to only trick you?     The manager luis was very rude and disrespectful stated this company is NOT working with anybody on payments because of the pandemic and they know people cant afford or choose not to pay so they are taking their cars back his exact words sat there getting loud with my wife because she asked to speak to his superior which he said there is nobody higher than him then started making threats to hang up and get HIS car back wouldnt even say what his last name is. all because she asked to talk to somebody less rude so after we hung up with him a lady called from premier and she was very helpful and worked with us which everything got settled which is all we needed was a little customer service which she gave us.

    The worst finance company EVER! Their inconsistency is ridiculous and the customer service is very rude. The fact that nobody is on the same page within this company makes the communication so off. Every time you talk to someone they tell you something different. I will never finance with this company again. The lady said “I do not choose the finance company” but she is sadly mistaken because if I see this company’s name on any of my paperwork there will be no sale. I would rather buy a car off the street in full before letting this company get me in debt!!!

Details suggest that you contended, that you did not know about having insurance coverage on the vehicle at all times. You contend that you were never advised. Ms. Okihiro, if you refer to your contractual agreement it states that you must have coverage on the vehicle at all times. Any lapse in insurance will cause a Loss Damage Waiver fee. If you can prove that there was no lapse in insurance, corrections will be made. I can assure you that we are all on the same page and details suggest that you were advised at origination.     **UPDATE: THEY TOOK MY CAR, ONLY TWO MONTHS BEHIND DURING A PANDEMIC. UNBELIEVABLE! THEY ARE FULL OF IT, NOTHING BUT BS RESPONSES. NO ONE IS THERE TO HELP!** —Do not do business with this company. They are extremely rude and have zero customer service skills. Switching my auto loan to my credit union, don’t want to deal with these people ever again. I told at least 3 different agents I lost my job due to the pandemic & haven’t received unemployment yet. They give me 24 hours as if that helps and I’m less than 2 months behind. I’ve been getting threatening calls, emails, and texts about repossession. Bad business, they talk to their customers like a-holes too. Look at their responses. Wow!

You simply have to make the payment for the current month due, fill out an extension form and provide proof of hardship.     I’ve had premier for a year and a half, and my car will be paid off by next august. They’ve helped me out so much since then. I can agree on staff being a little rude but hey it’s work sometimes you have bad days. But they’ve helped me even when I was out of work for a whole month due to having covid! All they needed was my positive test results which is understandable. The only thing I didn’t like is when I asked about a grace period they said they have a 10 grace period and then the other operator told me they don’t have a grace period they just add to your interest rate! But above all I got my car here in Phoenix, Arizona at in-power motors. The car is great I love it and I hope to purchase another with this company and finance place once I finish this car ❤️

    I have been on the phone for the past hour attempting to make my payment and get on a COVID Relief program they had offered me 2 days ago. I spoke to Soila Gonsales who I believe needs to be retrained in customer service skills, and much much more. She lacks basic understanding that the customer is an important part of a business. She stated she was my account manager but she really works collections. She is wouldn't transfer me when requested. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she would just repeat the she is the account manager and refused. I had to disconnect since she was incompetent. I called back and got a different agent who without even confirming my identity already knew who I was and they "connected" me to the supervisor but it would just ring and ring and finally disconnect me. It was very frustrating. Finally on like my 10th attempt and 2 hours of the same game I was connected to her supervisor who I am hoping will assist me. If you call in and get Soila Gonsales I would recommend asking to be transferred because she will not help, even her tone when you speak with her sounds like she doesn't like her job or doesn't want to be there.

Account was opened 8 years ago and since then I have filed bankruptcy and had it discharged now going on 4 years, why are they now reporting I have a active open account. Are this animals really trying collect a debt on a legally discharged account to which they were included on. They secretly starting reporting again!     This company is not the worst but by far it is not the best. The long, long list of customer service complaints is warranted. Sure, they can get a representative to jump on here and defend their supposed zero tolerance for poor or non existent customer service but the question begs to be answered..."if they have such low tolerance for poor customer service/attitude, why are there so many complaints regarding the same topic?" Why do the complaints keep piling up - over and over again? The complaints stack up because it is FACT. These agents I have no doubt encounter individuals that are quick to give a good story of why they are delinquent on their loan and the agents are trained either organically or by the environment to respond combatively. I get it however, it does not change the fact that indeed these people are customer service and if the environment has morphed the ideology of good and courteous service then find a profession where you are better suited, a job which you can detach your personal emotions from your professionalism. Today I called and just like the majority of the reviewers here, the agent was snarky, unapologetic, and condescending. Not interested in what the customer has to say but simply interested in stating company protocol. At least if these individuals were trained to deliver the information in a manner with courtesy as priority it would change the nature of the exchange, but they are not interested. This firm caters to sub prime credit customers and their ideology is to treat their customers with sub prime customer courtesy. At the end of the day customers generate business, business generates income and jobs. What is missing here is the understanding that Premier's customers in many instances make grave sacrifices to pay their car payment and because of this effort these employees stay employed. This business model will keep Premier as a sub prime lender, housed in a run down building in Van Nuys. How they treat people is direct reflection of the sub par business they are. Growth won't come conducting business like this. UPDATE: The response I received on this review speaks for itself. Just as mentioned in my original post, it is combative and defensive and lacks an apology. I acknowledged in my review that these agents are most likely beaten down by the sorry excuses and unpleasant exchange of their customers, however this is the challenge this company faces - find the balance of not carrying one bad exchange over to the next customer and the next. Not every customer is a bad one just as every agent is not a bad one however the burden of professionalism and good service is on the agents not the customer. In my case, I was not calling with a good story, I was calling for clarification however nothing I was saying was registering with the agent, it didn't matter. I was treated as a bad customer, lumped into the general classification. As for the responding agent of this review, you just like your agents dismissed my words and went into defense mode. Customer service is not about defending or fighting a position it's about listening and finding a way to address the concerns of the people through acknowledgement, validation and ultimately correction. You did none of this here. I do realize the customer is not always right and that my friend goes in the other direction as well.

At the surface, it would seem that you understand the difference between prime and subprime. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and rest assured that we listen and we take opinions (Reviews) very seriously. Just because "complaints stack up" does not mean that what is expressed is a fact. Here is a fact, good service is reported ten percent of the time in social media. That means that ninety percent of the time consumers will report what they feel is "bad service." Notice I place bad service in quotations because with financial institutions all it takes is for a consumer to hear something they don't want to hear and they deem it as "bad service." For example, "Payment at thirty days past due is not acceptable (Bad Service), Interest rate (Bad Service), Late charges (Bad Service), Advising the consumer to take some accountability and adhere to the contractual agreement (Bad Service), Denying an extension request because the reason for delinquency is not valid (Bad Service). The list goes on and on. The all-time classic are: Rudeness, Tone and Unprofessionalism; all the while the consumer is confusing bad service with something they do not want to hear. Sub-Prime Financial institutions are seen as heroes when the consumer is approved for credit because no one else is willing to assist this segment of the community. However, Sub-Prime Financial institutions are seen as villains as soon as the reality of a contractual agreement has been explained. Yes, absolutely true, we stay in business because our sub-prime consumers have honored us by choosing us as their primary financial institution. However, we honor our consumers by providing them the opportunity for a second or third time because prime institutions will not give this segment of the community an opportunity because they are "High Risk." The truth is, we understand the issues on all fronts. There is no Prime or Sub-prime. There are just people. In life, some of had more challenges than others. Believe it or not we are here to assist the community but this is a collaboration between the community and the financial institution. Prime, Sub-Prime, everyone deserves to be treated with respect. No exceptions. If there was such a thing where financial institutions could review the consumers, you would be shocked at some of the vile things that are said to the associates. You can choose to believe in our commitment to customer or service or not. What I can tell you is that we have always taken the appropriate actions against un-professionalism. We also need your assistance. We need the associates name and/or extension. Finally, we have grown. This is due to our resolve despite what our reviewers believe.

    I never had any person to rave about in the past 4 years with Premier Auto Credit. But, Edith was phenomenal. She should be training the everyone else her techniques, skills and customer service qualities. She is AMAZING! I immediately asked to speak with her supervisor Carmen (Who is AWEsome as well) and for once it was not to complain. Most of the time whenever I speak with someone at premier auto credit you could almost feel their unhappiness through the phone, their lack of compassion and empathy is deafening. If I could speak with Edith every time I would be more susceptible to answer my phone just because she is that good. If she is going though anything which I’m sure she is as we all are, you definitely could not tell. She did her job and did it with a comforting tone and smile on her face. It’s a wonder how she has not been like the any I’ve talked to before being that it’s often times too easy to fall into bad habits. Keep it up Edith!!!     I had this company since November was a horrible choice I made company had bad customer Services and management no one can get anything done. I put in a request for a due date change back in May and was told that It had to be approved I waited for someone to get back to me in regards to my account to let me know it has been changed it was never done, I've called at lease 8 time about the same request to get told by each person I've spoke with that it would be done and to wait for confirmation to never get as callback. Asked to speak to the supervisor left a message no call back, it July now and I still asking for the same request. Today I called ask to speak with supervisor he got on the phone to tell me the same thing to tell me that he will call me right back and never called back . I don't know what kind of business there running but this has to stop no one deserves to be treated this way. I'm going to report this company to the Better Business Bureau. In a time like this you would think company would be trying to be there for there customer to help this company has bad reviews due to not giving the best services that paying customer deserve.I HAD TO GIVE A STAR TO POST BUT I give no stars they need to do better I would like to speak to the head person of this company.
