    I came in this afternoon door was locked there was no sign saying im on lunch. The young lady kicked me out when she had three people to help and said shes not helping nobody no more cause she has to go to lunch.

    Highly recommed this Location go With Ignacio Rodriguez he has good Customer Service he Was Excellent!! He had this good Positive Attitude and was able to resolve my loan issues.

    I came in today at this location for a money order and can honestly say this location is the most cleanest one I have ever seen, not like the one from panorama city that is so dirty and always smells bad. The service at this particular location was very fast, I never knew they had a debit card that I know got and I’m glad I finally have a bank account. The cashier Diana was very polite and she informed me about every single service they do and now I found a place near home to pay all my bills and I don’t have to go across town to panorama where there customer service is 0. Thank you for providing us with staff that actually knows what they’re doing with customer service.🤙🏾

    As a first time customer I opted to go with Ace to avoid an 8 dollar bofa charge to cash a whopping 72 dollar check. I called a d was told there would be a nominal fee of $2 and change. What I wasn't told was there Isa 3 dollar enrollment fee. An additional $1 fee plus the check cashing fee. Given when I arrived. Just My luck shift change was about to start. So I waiting playing my online games. So after 30 min. It wasn't worth the time or frustration to open an account with ACE. Maybe I'll feel differently one day. I felt deceived on the phone up until the check was gonna get cashed. Be upfront about all fees! Otherwise its shady business practices in my opinion.
