No one likes to be in a situation where they have to pawn or sell something to make ends meet. If a sale or Pawn is your best option. Ace is upfront and honest about the transaction. They do not hit you with a surprise fee, the price they give you is the price you pay. They also take very good care of your pawned items. I have done business with him a few times, and I have never seen a scratch that wasn't there when I brought it to the counter.

This is the only pawn shop I use, when I'm in a jam, & end up needing extra cash cause of an unexpected life expense. Also when I'm looking to purchase something, & want a good deal. The staff are personable, & friendly. I would most definitely recommend Ace Buyer's for whatever your needs are.

Friendliest and very knowledgeable staff, I came in and asked a hundred questions, and got a hundred answers with no hesitation and they have some of the best prices on firearms in town and if they don’t have what your looking for they can order it for you.. check them out for sure!!

5 star for friendliness and speed. The workers have been friendly anytime I have gone there. Process is pretty fast when getting loans. I don’t really have any negative experiences to share. The loan payoff goes pretty fast as well depending on what you had pawned. I’d recommend them to friends and family looking to get a few bucks.

My grandson and I had been at Cabela's and we're treated so rudely it was shocking. Most of the employees in the section I was in, five in total, totally ignored us and another customer while they laughed and joked together and we stood there patiently waiting. They need to be fired! One guy I asked to see something and he told me he couldn't bend down to get it. The other guys stood there just looking only one guy out of the whole bunch asked if we needed help finally...... . I will never go in there again! Then we went to Ace Buyers in Springfield and it was a complete change. Hunter who works there immediately asked if he could help us, and he was so much help it was unbelievable. He even helped me go online to get something corrected. He was kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable they him and another guy willingly made sure we were satisfied before they tried to close and it was closing time. After the Fiasco at Cabela's I just didn't expect s u c h attentiveness Hunter really made my day turn around. I will definitely return there and they have such a good selection of everything! Thank you guys!

They're always friendly and helpful here. You can definitely find some killer deals on firearms. Sometimes they're lemons but most the time they're perfect for plinking.

We only buy our Jewelry and tools from Ace Buyers! Prices are very reasonable. They always have nice quality and unique pieces. I purchased a Snapon tool box that was to heavy to lift, the owner is so awesome he offered to bring it home for me. I love going in there. They always make me feel like I’m part of the family.

I have been a customer at Ace Buyers for 20+ years. Ace buyers stores are clean, organized and well lit, friendly staff, knowledgeable and thorough when buying merchandise. Their pricing is good, merchandise is clean and good quality lightly used items. They also test things when they buy them and as well as when they are sold. It is a very family friendly environment. Kids are welcome and love to look for a treasure. They have gorgeous jewelry that is always cleaned, polished etc. I cannot imagine paying full price for jewelry. I know most of the stores have LAYAWAY....YES LAYAWAY!!! Who does that anymore? It’s awesome! Today I put something on layaway, I’m so excited!! When it comes to retail.....particularly 2nd hand. I never hesitate to send any friend or stranger to these stores. I know they will receive the good customer service we all appreciate. 😀👍
