    Wondering what is going on with Wells Fargo in general. I am super frustrated that I can't deposit a check at your ATM. No explanation just denial. This has happened to me multiple times. I tried to call the local branch and nobody can answer the phone either. Might be time to move all my banking needs to another more responsive place!

    Has reduced customer service. You must roll your own coins to exchange for bills and you may purchase only 1 roll of quarters EVEN BEING AN ACCOUNT HOLDER!!!

    I own a small business and I post dated a check for my employee. Reason I post dated the check was because my wife were flying out of town. I wrote the check for 9/3 but had given the check to my employee on 9/2. I checked my bank account and saw the teller had cashed the check even though it was post dated. I called that branch and the guy who answered asked how he could help and I then told him the situation. He put me on a 7 minute hold and a lady named Morgan answered. I told her the situation and she told me it was illegal to write a post dated check. I stated it was not illegal and I do it all the time. She was rude and wasnt helping the situation. I asked her to file a complaint and to make sure her name was on the complaint along with the teller who cashed it. She said she was only gonna put her name on it because she didn’t know which teller cashed my check. At the point I assumed she cashed it. I told her I was gonna call customer service and have them write a formal complaint. As a small business owner, this is unexpectable. We are suppose to trust these banks with our money. They are suppose to be trained to a high standard. Clearly this wasn’t the case. I hope Morgan finds a career somewhere else, maybe fast food? Good luck!

    Rude employees and horrible service. I should have listened to family/friends when they told me I shouldnt open an account with them I've been with them for a little shy of 2 years now. But due to their horrible customer service and wells fargo in general constantly changing their policies on their accounts and fees I decided to take my business across the street to Pacific Cascade Federal Credit Union (they also have the best finance rates in town for a vehicle loan).

    I made a $2,900 deposit and they put a ten day hold on my funds. I felt like a spectacle when I was at the bank. I don’t like the fake greetings or being asked in line why I am at the bank. My banking is private and I do not want to discuss it in line. The staff are fine but the bank policies are not in support of the customers. I made a deposit, these funds are not available and in the mean time they continue to collect fees. I do not feel valued in any way as a long term customer. Everything is on their terms.

    Regardless of what the review says, i love wells fargo. Any time I have financial anything i need serviced, wells has been there. Can't think of any other bank with such a great online banking In my 69 years there ain't not bank such a rich history on that stage coach Security is my concern these guys a great job of keeping your personal info Thanks for not being such an eyesore of my hometown.

    They limit the amount of money you can spend and restrict larger deposits. I’m better off keeping my money under the mattress

    They are awesome!! One of the few banks that have their lobby open (under Covid restrictions). For me, it makes all the difference to be able to go in instead of being shuttled through the drive-thru. Everyone is so helpful there - I always feel welcome no matter what I'm there to do.

    Called in to try and get a hold of the branch manager haven't a follow up. User reviews online make me think probably should not open one. Nichole was the one i spoke with and i think she's some sort of a manager? Thinking about just come in person, but don't know how long wait times are.

    I went into this Wells Fargo branch and was greeted very kindly. As the teller was getting my information and my money, there was a man standing behind her listening to our conversation. He asked me a simple question and I gave him a simple answer. He continued to go into the topic of the question he asked me, even though I had expressed no interest. I again told him I was not interested, and he continued to force the area of the bank he works for. I again told him that it was not right for me and he continued - again - to push past what I had sad. He was being rude and could not understand that I did not want what he was offering from the bank. I understand that this is his job, but for him to continue to pester me and annoy me after I had told him over 6 or 7 times that I was NOT interested, a customer, that is ridiculous. This is not the first time this has happened to me upon entering this particular branch. Every single time I went in there which was about every two weeks for about 5 months they would push and push for me to do something that I had very clearly told several of them I didn't want! It's ridiculous and I refuse to return to this branch even though it is convenient. I will be telling all Wells Fargo account holders about this branch in particular. They clearly do not know how to respect a customer's boundaries.
