When I pawn my stuff they give me a fair value for what it's worth and they give a fair among of time to get it back. Their's also another side of the store on myrtle ave where they sell the latest products for a cheaper price then most place I went too. I also place a computer on their lay-away plan which also makes a more easier to purchase the computer. Good customer service and nice people.

Horrible Service Do Not Go Here Will Not Get Your Money Worth And They Are Not Professional Feel Like I Was Robbed And That’s Messed Up

This store is a not the place for you if you want customer service, quality products or anything resembling the truth. The sales guys pull bait and switch. They over charge when you compare items on Amazon and with there electronics they give you a two week warranty that because of the Easter holiday and them not being open extended my time with item 1 day and they refused to stand behind there merchandise. The owners hide in the back and let the sales associates take the heat. They wouldn't even speak to me personally which shows what kind of weasels that they are. This neighborhood is changing fast and they choose to do business like the old timers in this hood would put up with. Now An educated class is moving in and expect real results and Service from the vendors they choose to service them. So in short if your reading this that means your either computer and/or have a smart phone.....don't reward this store with your business or hard earned money. The receive most of there goods from crack heads and thieves who Jerry rig things to pass there inspection and get there fast cash and the sucker who walks into that store is going to get saddled with it....PLEASE DON'T PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. We deserve better in the Wick. Chow
