I have always been treated well at this location. They have been able to assist me with many of my financial needs in a friendly yet professional manner.

Very knowledgeable staff. Kind and willing to help. This is my new go to branch. Thank you 🙂

Worst bank ever! I've been banking with them for 15 years and they have slowly declined in customer service and quality. Currently they are refusing to abide by the service members relief act and lower our interest rate based on a technicality. They are crooked and deceitful! I'm closing out all my accounts there as soon as possible! Don't trust them find another bank. They have been nothing but trouble for the last 5 years.

LIterally saw the bank manager , He was probably 5'10 little bald asian looking guy kinda fat , yell at a customer who didn't even do anything. This bank is so unprofessional and incredibly rude. I hope that manager gets ran over in the parking lot !!!

I visited the Haywood branch for the first time in the new location and it was the best customer service I have ever had.

Staff always friendly and professional. Great doing banking with a place you can trust.

This bank is so UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I mean95% of their employees are RUDE as hell.... Terri the head of the call center is the 1st I can say that is unprofessional which is why her call center manager is rude. That apple dont fall too far from the tree. I missed a $13.00 payment they called and threaten to take my car, which was on a separate loan, not to mention the $13.00 payment was my final payment that I called to make and the call enter rep gave me the payoff amount. Needless to say after I made my final payment of the $13.00 I got another bill of 1:49 saying that was interest, you mean to tell me that they cant get it right three times in a row. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone especially after the executive team member are the ones who set the tone. This bank is also dated what company doesn't accept payments on the internet and if you call in it's a fee. Why would you not make it convenient for the consumer to pay but yet threaten them if they are a day late that you will repo their car..... I am making my final payment today and waited to write this because of the retaliation it may have caused!!!! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!

I've been a customer for over 20 years. The reward me by falsely reporting a missed payment to Transunion which has lowered my credit score. (I haven't used my ABNB credit card in years, and so obviously have had no payment due). Phone calls and emails to fix it have been ignored.

The previous rating of 5 stars I gave them 4 years ago is now ONE STAR!! I have been with ABNB for so many years and never had any issues with them. Now I do, and I will tell EVERONE I know how horrible they are and how they will take your money daily!! DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!!!

I just wanted to say thank you abnb for loan process experience. I had questions that were answered over the phone. The same could not be done with Navy Federal.
