ABC Disposal Systems Inc Reynolds Pl, Hiawatha

We have used ABC Disposal for ~20 years for our home and been pleased with their service. The drivers have always been friendly. The bins for garbage and recyclables are of high quality. I especially appreciated that even on a holiday week, our service was still provided on the scheduled day. The office staff has been very helpful whenever I have had a question.

Very rude service. I would never recommend to any one. After the Derecho storms our trash was not picked up. I paid our bill and called to see if pick up could be arranged because spoiled food from the Derecho storm had been thrown away. I was told it would be picked up next week.

Driver repeatedly damages our parking and asphalt parking area. Can’t seem to place dumpster that has been there for years straight into space either.

Very professional, great price, next day delivery and pick up - will use again. Very smiley driver -able to squeeze our dumpster into limited space.

Very unprofessional service. As stated in other reviews, they do charge your credit card without notice. I would advise people that use this service to take pictures of how their garbage looks and what it looks like, so they don't just add extra charges without the customer knowing. I spoke with a manager about the charges and they were unprofessional, and just sat on the phone. Do not put your credit card on file and do not pay them without seeing your bill. They like to over charge without proof.

If you sign a contract they will automatically Renew your contract without you knowing. You have to give them a notice of termination 90 days before your contract ends and they won’t send you a new contract. Very shady business practice. Also make sure they dump your dumpster every week, because they didn’t dump mine every week, but charged me for it.

Not very good at removing dumpster when work is done. Told on Monday will be picked up Tuesday tolded on Tuesday will be picked up on Wednesday. Some people would like to use their driveway . Wednesday still not picked up , we will now do it first thing Thursday .

ABC has been great. I’m not sure why their reviews are so low. We use them at both our personal residence and our business. They are always very helpful and take action immediately when something is needed. Wendy is the best!!!!

As a single mom of a toddler with a mountain of diapers, working full time, I am so thankful for such great great service. Thank you for working with my forgetfulness. God bless.
