    I wanted to start this by saying I was very appreciative of the opportunity and knowledge I was given when working for the company Toyotas Philosophy has changed in the last two years. Went from “we care about our employees” to “numbers are more important.” When this hit me the most is when I was given the opportunity to work on a higher end project that pays roughly 15-20k more starting. I was working on that project for 1 year and was given very small compensation for it. Was the knowledge helpful? 100% was the support given to do the job? I’d say no. Was my team lead supporting me along the way? Yes, until I got a new team lead and he decided to push a decline in my progression with the company. For everyone saying “you’re saying this because of the corporate move,” that is false. I worked on the front lines of all new talent coming in and they will do great with the company. I am sharing my experience only.

    Lexus financial services is the worst of them all. I have leased multiple vehicles from them for years. I decided to sell my buyout of my current lease to another dealership. As the new dealership sent out payment to Lexus financial services, lexus claims the check was sent out to the wrong location. I provide the check number and tracking info. They were able to locate the check and is aware that the check is now in mailing transaction, to be delivered to the correct address all within lexus financial services. They are trying to extort Pmt from me (my monthly payment) to keep my acct from not being reported to my credit report as a “no Pmt”or “late Pmt” status. Even though the car was purchased and the check was tracked. I asked them to put the acct as pending until they received the check to the correct address. They will not. So I’m supposed to make Pmt on a car that it’s sold and the check was mailed. Received my Lexus just at a different location. But still within Lexus. They are the biggest crooks. I will never do business with them again. Ever. I have never made late pmts in my life. How dare them. They really try to take advantage of people and do not respect the consumer at all. Highly Disappointed and frustrated.

    I worked at TFS as a claims specialist for 3 years and I want to let everyone here know they are doing extremely sketchy stuff. When customers asked why they were charged $3000 dollars for a plan that at most normally cost $400 I was told it was none of my business and to tell the customer to call the dealership and that there was nothing we could do. Toyota is a fake company hiding so much from all you customers and it’s sick. Never do business with Toyota they will lie straight to your face and use you. I could not continue to work for them for the simple fact that I was helping ruin peoples lives. Everyone should be giving this company bad reviews and drive this company into the ground, trust me they deserve it.

    This is awful. How can you make a costumer wait 3 hours before talking to him. Are you serious? I called three times and the waiting time stated was 2.5- 3 hours every time i called. Simply Rubbish. I don t advise anyone to deal with Toyota Financial Services ever. If there is a mistake on your account and you want ro contact them , you ll never get through,

    I called Toyota financial services a week ago because a double payment was taken out of my bank account. They told me it would be refunded to my account within a couple of days. A week later I called and the refund still has not been made! I was on hold for 54 minutes till a representative answered and when she did she was curt and sounded annoyed with my call. I asked where my refund was and she put me on hold another 10 minutes. She came back said it was being refunded today and It would be in my account in 2/4 days. She acted like a robot repeating herself. No customer service at all. I tried to explain what happened and she said ‘that’s basically what I said, have a nice day’ and HUNG UP ON ME!

    Disgusting and predatory. Transferred my loan to Navy Federal, and they continued to try and charge me, despite my calling them and being told payments would stop. They hadn't even mailed me my title yet, They received payment from Navy Federal, and yet they were still charging me. Thieves and liars, all.

    Absolutely horrible. The worst decision I have ever made was to go with TFS for my loan. The customer service is dreadful. It takes 3 business days if you want to talk to a customer service, App rarely works, and they make it extremely difficult for anyone who uses them to get anything done. hours on hold, no other way to contact and no resolutions. I highly advise staying far away from this company if you can. I regret ever choosing them and looking elsewhere to refinance simply because they are so awful. If you can avoid it- do. I will never recommend them to anyone and make sure anyone I know, knows how awful they really are. I wish there was a way to give zero stars.

    Who the hell is TQI Exchange LLC? They had me send my lease buyout payoff there. After doing a little research, found a few sites that said that TQI Exchange was dissolved in 2017. HOW CAN TOYOTA USA be this bad at everything they do. From the sales department at the Roseville Toyota dealership to TFS it is horse $hit and even the service shop lied about the services they performed on my car. NOT BUYING A TOYOTA AGAIN. ALMOST FORGOT, SHOUT OUT TO AUBURN TOYOTA FINANCE TEAM AS THEY GAVE ME A SPECIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER TO CALL TOYOTA AND IT WAS THE DEALER LINE WHO DOESN'T WORK WITH THE PUBLIC. WHAT A CLUSTER THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN.

    I have had Toyotas for 12 years and will never buy another one using Toyota Financial! I've had issues with my payments and been trying for over a year to get them to fix the reports they've sent to the credit bureau! It's ruined my credit!! GET YOUR LOAN ELSEWHERE!!!!!

    Hold times are to say the least RIDICULOUS. I can deal with that if on the other side of the phone was a polite and somewhat apologetic representative but this is not the case. My husband and I have been leasing a Toyota Corolla since April of 2020 and every time we call we are on hold forever and EVERYONE is so rude like.. are you kidding me. I am a customer service agent myself at Wayfair and that is NOT how it’s done, smh. I’m paying so much money but cannot wait to turn in this car and be done with the lease such an unfair experience. :(

    I got a call saying I owed two months worth of payments on my Toyota. After verifying the money that left my account and the confirmation emails I received from TFS, i realized this was false. Once I told the rep on the phone this, all of a sudden I got a text message with spelling errors saying that my payment was returned on 03/03 (even though this was apparently for a July payment). This is a scam and I will be taking legal matters to get this issue resolved. Please do not go with this company.

    Educate your employees. Called 5 times got 5 different answer. Just amazing how much they are uninformed. They are just busy to hang up. Last toyota ever buying Piece of trash good job cant do one thing right after calling 5 times.

    Man, I am livid right now. They took an extra payment out of my account. No big deal, right? I call, ask them to refund my money. I was instructed I had to wait until the payment clears my account and then they would issue the refund. Payment cleared. Called them back. The woman I talked to then told me I had to wait 7 days before they could issue the refund. Waited 7 days. Called back today and the lady I talked to said the previous woman mislead me and that they could issue the refund but would have to do it in the form of a mailed check. Conveniently for this company, by the time I would receive the check my next payment would be due. Resulting in me telling them they can keep the money because there is no point in waiting on a check that won’t arrive until my next payment is due. Will be refinancing through a different company as soon as possible. The worst run around I have ever gotten from any company.
