Recently had an oil change on my van. Scheduled, got in within a week, drove up, went right in, gave them my keys. Quoted me a wait time and were right on it. Polite staff, anyone walking by would say hello. Free guest wifi, coffee or vending machine soda available.

Awesome experience. Talked to Travis prior to my appointment and he was very clear about possible repair and price. I appreciate the time he took to explain everything to me. I have had all of my oil changes and maintenance done here since I purchased my car from them a little over 2 years ago. I always receive great service and am treated well. Everyone was professional, informative and timely. Travis gave great customer service and I could see he enjoyed the work he does, is efficient and knowledgeable. I imagine this can be a thankless job more times than not. McGrath also provided a good space for social distancing and staff were wearing masks. I appreciate you!

Bought an extended warranty when purchasing a vehicle, but have never had any of my required repairs covered by it. I had my air conditioner fixed recently, only to have the air conditioner break down within a few weeks of having been fully repaired by them. It seems that though the mechanics are friendly and do what they can to help, nothing truly gets fixed right.

Just take it to Billion service. Get loaner vehicles even for drop off oil changes, less expensive and they obviously communicate better within their department. Gave them 3 chances and they totally blew it days before the 4th service. Your service department needs a makeover.
