I changed my review not just because I got another loan because that was giving weather I changed my review or not! WTS I didn't really like the response given in the pandemic but at the end of the day they were just doing their job! Just because a mask made it hard for me to do mine as a asthmatic and a state who said I wasn't worthy of UE even tho the CDC said shelter in place! I still managed to payoff my loan! I changed my review because it was effortless, easy to apply, and was approved by the next day! Thank you A. Smith for your help and thank you for setting up direct pay so I don't have to worry about it because quite frankly I'm usually late from my gift of forgetting!

Was greeted when I walked in and then had a great experience meeting with Kaitlynn. She was very nice, down to earth kinda like i was chilling with my awesome neighbor getting a loan which made it so much easier to do business with them. She ensured that I knew the details of my loan and any fees associated with it. And to ensure i could reach out to her she even gave me 2 cards for my record.

I've had the pleasure of working with several of the loan officers at this location. I've always been treated professionally and with respect & would recommend them to anyone in need of their assistance. *EDIT* It is now 2019, I just signed my 5th loan with LPI. Melissa is amazing to work with. She was so professional, courteous and always took the time to answer my questions and I'm not the easiest customer to deal with :) I had lots of questions! I will still continue to recommend them to anyone who is in need of financing for things!

Called Kaitlynn about 30 min. prior to closing, Where most places won't accept customers in the last 30 minutes, she was more than accommodating. I have a hectic schedule and no days off (except Sunday) so when I said I really didn't have any other time and I could only make it around five, she said no problem and that she would stay late to get me taken care of. As I arrived I was greeted as I walked through the door. After a couple minutes I was in Kaitlynn's office and we got down to structuring the loan and then onto paper work. She was very pleasant to talk to. Like talking to a friend I have known since school. Then when it got down to business was very thorough and made sure I knew exactly what I was signing. She was also very informative on the benefits of making good on time payments in order to help rebuild my credit and took the time to go over what was hurting my score. She simply went above and beyond in every aspect and category I would associate with Finance. And above all else the fact that we were strangers when I first got there and left feeling like "best friends" Thanks for everything Kaitlynn!!! You Da Best!!!!!

Elissa is very pleasant to work with. She makes you feel welcome and is friendly. The treatment I receive when meeting with her is amazing. You are treated like family and not just a number to the staff here. They will go above and beyond to work with you. Thanks for everything you do!

Customer service both in person and over the phone, was very pleasant. For my first loan ever establish, Kristi and Lainey, who were my case filers made understanding what I was signing up for very easy. Accounting and math were never my strongest subjects but all the questions I rose to ask their girls were very knowledgeable about everything. Definitely would refer this place to my family and friends.

I have worked with LPI loans for some time now. I have never had poor service while working with them. They work with you if you have trouble paying your payment each month. They are all very friendly. If you need a loan for anything call them and see what they can do for you.
