I’m speechless I thought the process was going to be a nightmare. My wife and I are first time home buyer. Abby my Lender made it so easy for us during the process, it was intense during the pandemic and the housing market. And also because we are busy juggling life, family and work and on top ,searching for a new home for our family gets pretty intense because we all want perfection when it comes to family. Abby My Lender is great, BEST IN THE CLASS. Abby took care of me and my wife thru the whole process making sure everything went smooth as it can be. Abby was the best. I don't have any experience with Mortgage lenders but she set the bar pretty high. She was very helpful, no matter how small a question was she was always available to answer. When we applied originally she gave us options for the loans that better benefitted us. At the end she waited for us to lock our rates and we got the best possible interest rate. If/When I buy another house or refinance I will definitely go back to her.

My experience with Abby Ayala is One word “Excellent”. This was the 2nd time refinancing with Abby both times have been smooth and fast. We started on 09/01/20, and as of 09/23/20 everything was completely done ✅ She quoted us one interest rate, but with our higher credit scores she got us a surprising lower interest rate that we can’t thank her enough for, before we knew it our old high mortgage was gone! Definitely recommend Abby! She was extremely helpful through the process of trying to refinance our home!
