This is the 3rd loan we have done with American Continental Funding in the past 10 years. Mike is very knowledgeable about finding the best rates. His team constantly communicated with us throughout the loan process and answered all our questions. I now have a very low fixed rate loan, but if rates happen to go lower, I will use American Continental Funding again!
