Brad, Diane and Michael were fantastic in every way. In about 75% less time than other finance companies had taken to come back with a decline, they pushed every avenue to make this happen and got the loan approved. Knowing that I'd already tried others and knowing how desperately I needed the money, they could have charged almost any rate but they ended up getting the deal done at LOWER than their original estimate and lower than the other companies who declined had estimated. They were always available for questions and were proactive letting me know what was going on in the deal. I cannot possibly sum up how grateful and happy I was with how they handled things.

I was a very complicated buyer/applicant wanting to purchase a higher end property and was under the gun to perform quickly. I was referred to A&A Funding (namely Wayne Anderson) and he very professionally, politely and with a great sense of urgency dealt with me and was able to close the loan on time. After time, he got back in touch with options to refinance and get a better rate. He handled that as well.
