The customer service was just lovely. Itzel was such a kind and patient woman. She made sure we were all set with everything we needd and spoke to us in a kind manner. She also made sure i looked really dope on my ID photo 😎.

Came in here last minute needing my id because I misplaced it & when I tell you I got in and out of here so quick I’m still amazed as of now how fast paced & friendly everyone was. I give a big thanks to “Itzel” for helping me out & just making my day way easier!

I had a complicated issue with a title for a vehicle I was trying to sell and didn’t want to wait in line at the MVD so I decided to go here instead. The store was clean and there were multiple people at the counter. I was helped by Rosa who was very knowledgeable and was able to resolve my issue in just a few minutes. I will definitely be coming back here for anything MVD related!

I stoped at this place on May 2021, they provided me with misinformation on the registration of my sxs vehicle. I paid more than I had to, when I returned to get this fixed, they gave me a hard time before trying to help solve the problem. I Do not recomend this business at all.

I don't recommend going here for driver's license needs. Went to apply for a new license after relocating from another state. After saying there was a hold on my partner's license and refusing to clarify/check again, went to an actual state agency, who confirmed there are no holds. The service was slow, employees were rude and not helpful.
