I called them and explained the situation and was told I was supposed to send a form into them authorizing the auto payments. I had never received that form and wasn't told about it the day I asked to be signed up. Most of the time when I called, the person I talked to sounded like she was having a bad day. Not friendly most of the time I called in. Due to the unfriendly customer service and unnecessary headaches trying to make my payments, I would avoid this bank at all costs."
