We were referred by my uncle who has a lot of experience with purchasing and refinancing properties and Full Circle was deserving of the recommendation and good review. My family had a very unique situation with one of my parents becoming significantly ill right as I was assisting them in exploring refinance. Every loan is unique, but I feel my parents had special circumstances with me serving as the Power of Attorney for my parent that was ill and in the midst of Covid protocols. My parents' loan was also a VA loan with additional hoops. Seth responded even on the weekends. They have great flexibility to accommodate my crazy work schedule as best as possible. Bernie was amazing walking through a few barriers with our unique situation in working with the underwriter and title company. It was apparent to me that they had a good relationship with the title company and everyone was very understanding of my parents' situation. We even paused on the loan at one point due to my parent not doing well medically. I felt like I was working with people who actually cared about our situation, my parents, and our needs. I even enjoyed the follow-up call with Summer after the closing of the loan to give feedback. Again, our situation was rough and extra special, but Bernie communicated with integrity and worked to do all she could to help us get to the finish line. I am EXTREMELY thankful we chose them to assist us and will definitely be reaching out for any other mortgage needs. I have a goal to be able to purchase my own home one day after I get my parents squared away. When that time comes - I'll be contacting Full Circle.

And in the crazy market we were/are in we all know you have to move quick! So that night even though it was “after hours” according to chase, he was available. Seth, Tiffany, and their staff at Full Circle Home Loans did it again. It is the second time that they serviced my mortgage loan and my experiences on both were great. Very professional, friendly, and truthful. They answered any and all of my questions quickly and clearly. Full Circle Home Loans is a great company and if I ever need anything for my home loan again, you can bet I'll be contacting them for their help! I dealt mostly with Andrea Thais and she helped me and my wife to refinance our home mortgage. We were able to drop our interest rate and get a lower monthly payment! Andrea and the Full Circle team were great and easy to communicate with. They made sure to contact at the least once a day to give any updates or answer any questions we had. They were even kind enough to give us a brief pause in the refinance process for a few days when my grandmother passed away. If you're looking for help with refinancing your home or anything to do with home loans, give them a chance and I know they will work very hard for you as they did with me!

I don’t write many reviews but felt inclined to share my experience with Full Circle Home Loans. As my wife and I were looking to purchase our first home we had a different lender that wasn’t very helpful or responsive. This lead our real estate agent to suggest Seth at Full Circle Home Loans. Seth was extremely helpful and kind on our first phone call, taking the time to explain everything to us. Our dream house came on the market and the sellers wanted a 21 day escrow, Seth promised that he wouldn’t let us down if we switched to his team. We decided to go with Seth and his team and man did they come through! The process was smooth and fast, the whole team was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They were able to over deliver with a great rate and helped us buy a house we loved. I honestly can’t say enough great things about the Seth and his whole team, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know and use them again for a second purchase. I honestly can’t say enough about this company and it’s care in handling our future. Full circle explained the process again with patience (this was our second home), moved at the pace we were comfortable with, and offered the best rate compared to us shopping around. Believe it or not we closed very quickly, if you are prompt and diligent with your tasks be ready to move in quickly. I would highly recommend this company for its professionalism but even more for the caring and charming staff you will regularly interact with. We first reached out to them earlier this year when we started considering buying a new home, and reached back out in October when we decided to take the plunge.
