Zions Direct Main St, Smithfield

In the 15 years we have been clients of Zion's Bank, I've been impressed with the pleasant experience of banking here in Smithfield. We've been active with various banking endeavors such as a business account (Mountain States Mediation Services), auto Loans, etc. I love paying my bills on-line via the bank. It is quick, dependable and easy to track. Most impressive to me are the bank services for when credit cards are lost or illegally used and for us, one serious hacking problem where a large amount of money ($9;999.00) was obtained by a party overseas. Zion's investigators stopped the money in Texas just prior to it's scheduled wire transfer to Asia and returned it to my account. As awesome as this is. . . It is the people who makes Smithfield Zion's Branch successful. Lynn and his staff are happy and kind people who appear to be well trained and treat their customers with warmth and respect regardless the size of your transaction. THANK YOU ZIONS BANK...........
