Zions Bank Kearns W 5415 S, Kearns

Applied for a personal credit card in the branch, branch manager did not file over my paperwork, went in two weeks later and asked another personal banker to file it over, was told it would be done. Called again and paperwork has still not been sent over. Been over 3 weeks since first applying, and still nothing.

The people who work here are horrible! The assistant manager and one of the personal bankers were unwilling to assist me and correct my situation. I've had my Zions bank account in good standing for over 25 years, and I'm ready to close my account after 15 minutes in this place. They were ignorant, rude, and didn't care in the least about me or my problem.

I have had absolutely the worst experiences with this bank, first they allow a charge (of over $300) that I didn't do to go through and now they didn't write the correct deposit amount on another family members account-so they basically stole the money that was supposed to be deposit.

Just don't ever go here I would rather drive to Maryland and back than go back to that bank absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had they take an hour to do anything how have all of the employees not been fired Zion's bank sure hasn't forgotten who keeps them in business they just forgot to not treat them like crap. If I could I would give this place a zero moved to America first and have never had a problem

For whatever reason this location is consistently the slowest with the absolute worst customer service. To make a simple deposit in their drive thru it takes at the minimum 20 minutes even without a vehicle in front of you. I loathe this place.

Not my bank. Went thru drive thru to cash small check of a friend. Waited 15 minutes in drive thru as I was told people were first in the lobby. Person was apologetic which is ok. But 15 minutes to cash the bank's small check?! Drive thru is supposed to be fast. Quite strange. Not a good omen if I were a bank customer or prospective customer.

This branch is horrible. 7 to ten days for a new Debit card. Or $25.00 for 2 days shipping for a Debit card. They don't know how to set a pin for your Debit card. This is a massive joke. Employees just standing around while there is a big line. If I could give zero stars I would.

I went in to open a checking account today with the Assistant Manager Martha. I was on my lunch break and got done pretty quick. She was very helpful and explained all the options with me. I had a couple problems that she solved for me. She could of easily turned me away. She assisted me, solved my problem, and said she would hold onto my info. She gave me her direct number to call her by the end of the day for any more assistance I might need. I feel confident that I can call her or turn to her with any issue I have and she will be willing to assist me any way she can. Thank You Marth!

Do NOT go here. Went in today to open a checking account and sat for an hour in a chair from the 1970's while watching 4 of 5 employees stare at their hands before I was helped. 2 forms of ID...great. Got that. Or so I thought. A Driver's license and social security aren't sufficient. I was told I needed a piece of mail AS WELL. Went home, retrieved one. Brought it back...they wouldn't take it. They started to demand a utility bill or some sort...that's when I walked out, went to Wells Fargo and started an account in 15 trouble free minutes.

Everytime i come to any zions bank i wait ay least 30 min in the drive thru before being helped and most of the time im the only one going through the drive thru. and then wait another 10 to 20 mins before my transaction is complete.
