I love this Bank and the people they are so nice and very helpful especially Pennie Rich she was so sweet and helped me so much. The tellers are very l kind and helpful.

I went in to sign some papers and Michelle was very helpful… she had seen me sitting and waiting and noticed no one had been out to greet me… she quickly took care of my needs…. I think it was her 1st day as a loan officer only because someone was walking her through the steps but she made me comfortable in every way, thank you!

I always like going into Mountain America, no matter what Branch I go into as the people are always friendly, willing to help and very customer service oriented. Having worked in customer service training for several years, I know what to look for, and every time I go into a Mountain America Branch, I see great Customer Service, not only for me, but for other people in there as well.

I've had a MACU account for 20+ years and set up an appt on MACUs website to come in and create an account for my child. Came in and checked in on time and waited almost an HOUR before being told to just come back. Icing on the cake was after standing and waiting a half hour someone else with an appt after us came right in and and got seated instantly with an account manager. We ended up leaving and are taking our business to another CU, the staff here were clueless and slow I had to ask the tellers 4 different times what was going on and nobody knew. What is the point of booking appointments if you can't honor them?

There self banking is always out of service and never able to receive cash deposits! this has happened multiple times it’s getting very annoying

Tellers are very courteous and effective. Only one time during the pandemic while the all transactions were done through drive-in, there were made a mistake by a teller which resulted in my account being charged 2 overdraft charges, but was corrected immediately over the phone. The branch that I visit most often due to close proximity to my home is often busy and waiting time is rather long, but outside this I find the employees are super friendly and helpful.

I went in to refi my car, and was lucky enough to get Cynthia. She is great! Very helpful, she offered several options which I had not even asked about. She is very thorough! Thank you for all the help!

My wife and I have been members since the mid 1970's when Utah State Employees CU became a part of MACU. Our adult children are all members. That alone should tell the story. On the rare occasion when there has been a problem, MACU has been very good to resolve the issue. We love having the new branch nearby. Without exception, the associates there have been courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Now let's get the door back open. This old-school senior has never been a fan of drive-through. Keep up the great work!
