    I went in to have a business checking account set up and was met by jazmin and I have to say it was literally the best experience I’ve had in a bank . She was very helpful and knowledgeable . She answered all of my questions and got what I needed done fast all while having a great conversation. Thanks again jazmin keep crushing it !

    Very disastisfied they say you can't come in you have to make an appointment and then you go to the appointment and they are letting people walking and been seen so was I lied to and they didn't want to attend me I just wanted to open an account now I worried to open one now we are in 2022 and we are still being this way very dissatisfied with there service DISAPOINTED still waiting people just came in and wore seen first went to talk to the banker because of my appointment and pretended to put my name out I guess I won't be opening an account here or other mountain American branches sorry nope šŸ‘Ž

    I was referred to Jeremy Neiheisel and had such a wonderful experience working with him. Jeremy took the time to answer all of my questions and to ensure that I felt confident moving forward with my auto loan. His main priority was to help me find the absolute best option regardless of politics or any other nonsense. I would highly recommend working with him if the opportunity arises!

    Been with this bank for years and just a simple transfer that should’ve taken 3 days to another account has taken almost a week with no help from any of the associates other than ā€œwe can’t help youā€ thank a lot for nothing. Maybe with a better attitude would’ve gone a long way.

    I’m really glad I started banking with MACU. All the locations I’ve been to I’ve never had an issue fortunately, and it’s the same here. Each time I’ve gone to this specific branch they’ve always done a great job. Went here last weekend and the teller Hadley was just superb. I believe she was filling in for that location that day, but regardless of the branch, it’ll always be a good experience. Keep at it everyone!

    Im personally not the type to complain about how im treated or how bad customer service is but I’ve personally have had the worst customer service ever at this branch. The girl at the drive threw was not wearing a face mask and also was very rude it seemed as if she was making fun of the service my sister and needed she didn’t do anything to help us transfer money to another account and said the account was not found i couldn’t even finish my sentence on trying to let her know that the account i was trying to send money was through another credit union... The bank itself is amazing but i’ve had the worst poor customer service ever.

    On Thursday (May 19, 2022) I went in this branch and was greet by Margarita (I hope it is her name. It's the teller on the far left end on that day). She was so helpful, friendly and very professionalism with a beautiful smile. It's staff like her that I enjoyed coming into a branch and not use ATM or online banking. MACU needs to get more friendly people like her. She's definitely a keeper!

    I needed to get change for some large bills. Michele was the most personable employee I have dealt with. The lobby was empty. Michele and I had great conversation. The other tellers were not busy either. Best experience I have had in any branch. She's a keeper.

    When I went in to open an account, I wasn't expecting such amazing service!!! I thought it would be boring to say the least, but instead it was a fun learning experience for me, all thanks to Josh! He went above and beyond and I knew I could trust him to point me in the right direction with my finances, no hidden agenda what so ever which I appreciate so much. MACU please give this man a raise! I will now refer anyone and everyone to this credit union and to see Josh specifically, thank you Josh!

    Looking at purchasing a new pickup! Needed a loan on top of my down payment. Worked with Michelle to fill out the application and submit for approval. Michelle was knowledgeable and quickly aided me. A quick and easy process and a very low interest rate! A huge Thank You to Michelle!

    If there was an option to do zero stars I would. I worked for MACU for one and a half years and these guys were terrible. My wife needed a new card printed and they printed the wrong one and totally blamed her. At least take responsibility for your mistakes and don’t blame the member. Embarrassed to be a member.

    I’ve been going to this branch for years now and usually their is a lady who always helps me and she is kind. Today I went in and the same lady was helping me deposit into my account and get a new card, when this other lady rudely told me to move back while I was signing the receipt. I moved back and didn’t argue. Then I reached to get my card when she again spoke to me rudely and made hand gestures towards me. By this time I got more frustrated because there was other people who were next to the desks but were not told anything. Most of the workers have Poor customer service and only a few are actually helpful. I do not recommend coming to this bank!
