I've banked with Zions for over 10 years, started at Rigby branch. I got married and went to Ammon Branch to change my last name, had all the documents I needed. Waited over 2 months to get the name changed, went into the branch twice, called 3 times, and every time the answer I got was they were not sure why its not changed it must just take time. Then got told they got an email saying the needed to submit more paperwork but not sure what it is. I decused to take all my documents to the Rigby branch and in less than 24 hours my name was changed. Ammon is a joke

I have been with zions for over 20 years, and never have I been treated so poorly. This branch puts a horrible name for zions. Cooperate should really look at their manager and assistant manager.

There are so many reasons why I don't like this Bank and yet I can't quite bring myself to give them a 1 Star Review. Employees are generally very nice. It's great they are open till 6pm. Low interest rates. It's the long wait times and poor follow up, along with the way the payment by phone to Credit Card that bothers me. I also got a loan from them. They charged me $400 for paying off my mortgage one month under 3 years, when they told me they had no minimum on how soon to pay for the Loan. Working with the office of the President of Zion's Bank was an utter nightmare. It was like pulling teeth. They promised me for over a year they would pay me back. I had to call and remind them over and over because they conveniently forgot to give me a refund. So frustrating that the Ammon Branch kicked me to the curb and did nothing to help. I did the work and felt poorly compinsated.

I have banked with Zions for 10 years. They have been great to work with. Today I had a situation where I needed some detailed assistance on something important and Cameron and the team at the Ammon Branch did great. Amy and Brady have both been helpful to me. I am very pleased with them.

Worst service I have ever received at any bank or credit union I have ever been to. We are closing our account and going to Idaho central. They are amazing and are not grumpy or impatient with all of their customers like this zions bank on Sunnyside is. One in Rigby is the best.

I’m feeling really frustrated. Called to apply for a small loan to finish our basement, was pressured into a different kind of loan. I didn’t feel like I had all the facts along the way and that questions and concerns I had were put off to the very last minute when it was honestly too late. And when I went in to sign for the loan, the manager looked through the paperwork like she had no clue what any of it meant. I felt really insecure and kind of in the dark the whole time. And now I have the wrong kind of loan.

They don't listen at all and there are always some kind of hidden fees that you weren't expecting. I get a check cashed there every week into my account that is through there bank and get the funds available immediately, well they have not listened and I didn't get my funds immediately and got declined at the store with groceries for my kids because they didn't make the funds available like they were supposed to now it will take 24hrs. I called the bank 5 minutes before they closed and they decided it was the end of a work day so they weren't going to answer so customer service is who I got transferred to do to them not answering and then the bank wouldn't answer customer service calling them eighther. So to make matters worse customer service can't do anything for you on a check if you cashed it through a bunch instead of online. So I'm screwed on food for the night not a dang thing they can do to help...

I'm changing my 1 star review to a 2 star. The people are better. The service is a little more efficient. I'm still puzzled as to why deposits take so long but I'm starting to just get used to it. At least the people are nicer than they were from 2016-2017. I would rate Zion's Bank Corporate overall though a 1 to 1.5 star review because every time I call I'm on hold for 8 - 13 min and each time I have called they say we don't know but we'll call you back and they never call back.

This is a very easy to work with Branch. They were very thoughtful of my time. I needed to open a savings account but had no idea what I was doing. Amy was very helpful and helped describe everything that was going on. I didn't feel like they were hiding anything.

This is a pretty small branch that handles a very busy area. We've never experienced an excessive wait time except maybe on a Saturday when the drive through was backed up a bit. Employees are all very kind and courteous. We are lucky to have this little branch in the Ammon area. Thank You. JC.
