I visited this branch when I was traveling through Idaho Falls (I use a different branch for my main branch), and I'm pleasantly surprised by the place's welcoming environment. I was helped immediately after entering the building and was treated with nothing but respect and kindness. My teller was very good at developing rapport and made the conversation entertaining. Short of being hand fed grapes while there, I left feeling sad that my normal branch isn't usually this positive of an experience.
