We decided to refinance with Brittany and Zak after several of our neighbors refinanced with them. We are so happy we did! I usually don't write long reviews, but Brittany and Zak helped us when nobody else would, our credit score wasn't the best and so many other places turned us down and told me that they couldn't help us. I am so grateful that we were referred to them because they answered my questions even on the weekends! They kept us in the loop throughout the process, which is super helpful since other people have had issues with loans where Zak and Brittany didn't give us any problems.
