Altius, specifically Gerry Weber, has been extremely helpful and responsive. I feel sorry for him having to deal with the bumpkins that do the actual paperwork processing. He kept me informed as best he could and helped me solve some sticky problems that came up. My reverse Mortgage was not vanilla by any means, yet he was able to find solutions all along the way.

Our loan officer, Linda, was amazing! She went above and beyond, finishing the whole process of refinancing our personal home loan in only about 3 1/2 weeks when others were taking a minimum of 45 days or longer. We had actually worked with 2 other credit unions for months trying to accomplish this single loan with little progress and she definately knocked out our if the park with such a fast turn around! She also saved us thousands on closing costs and with a better rate than we were going to get at our credit unions! We are definitely telling others whenever we get the chance and we'll be working with Linda on future projects as well!
