Predatory company. “First Attempt” visible in the envelope window with no other information other than my own, making it look like some sort of debt collection. Stop with these scare tactics trying to bully people into a refinance. I had a difficult time finding the actual name of your company, since you failed to include that information anywhere outside of the tiny fine print on the last page. Why hide your company name? This is gross and I just can’t imagine who would take this seriously.

Refinancing through Low Rate Mortgage was fairly easy and I never had to leave my house (when it came time to sign paperwork, they arranged for a notary to come). While the rate my wife and I got was amazing, we paid roughly double in closing costs compared to what we'd normally expect to pay through another company. Overall, they had the best rate out of all the companies we looked at (before and after starting the process) and the math just made sense in the long run. I'd recommend them others, but do your homework to make sure the math makes sense for the duration you intend to stay in your home. They also offered options for variable term lengths so that we didn't have to be stuck completely resetting our interest. Moving from a 3.5% 30 year loan to a 1.99% 15 year loan will cost more for a while, but we're paying significantly lower interest overall (keeping a 30 or 29 year loan would have also been possible if we just wanted to lower our monthly payment, but we saw an opportunity to pay the mortgage off faster at a great rate... so we took it).

Sarah and Jamie handled everything and kept me informed of any needs or snags that were hit along the way. Refinancing our home was so simple and handled so well that we decided to have them also do an investment property we held. Since they had our financial information that was handled in no time. Appraisal was emailed in and we were able to beat the time estimate by a substantial amount. I highly recommend their firm as our experience was extremely positive. That from someone that rates mortgages with root canals in term of enjoyment.

Responded to rate reduction mailer and was told over and over for 4 days that I qualified for the refinance on my home that I have had for over 25 years when all of a sudden I was told I did not qualify. Be aware that the lender is a wholesale mortgage company in Michigan that appears to have difficulty in paying the escrow on the property per its reviews and will sell your loan to another wholesale mortgage lender overtime.

I decided to refinance my home with all the lower rates going on. I had 3 different quotes including low rate. I found that low rate was almost the same cost as my bank so I had them compete and they were able to get my closing costs cheaper making them the better loan. I talked with Andrew and he gave me information about refinancing that helped me choose the best loan for my situation. He also suggested that I don't buy down my loan because it would make my closing cost higher. Other companies don't go in to that much depth and were not as helpful. I would recommend low rate in draper and talk to Andrew.

Low Rate mortgage did a great job! it was a pretty easy process, I was able to sign from my own home which made it super convenient. the closing costs were a little more than what i thought they would be. but getting a lower interest rate and paying off some other things will make a monthly payments a lot less, Thank you to Andrew and Janson for all your assistance! I would highly recommend them. :).

Low Rate Mortgage is fast, it was less then 30 days to complete my loan. I would say always talk to your loan processor working your file so any questions you have will be answered. If its not your processor they won't know whats going on with your loan. They will give you the best pricing available or they will price match and always beat the competition. I like that they keep in contact with you on a daily basis and keep you informed through out your whole loan process. I would highly recommend them.

I went through Low Rate Mortgage for my refinance. They are quick to get you through the process. My Loan Processor Jamie was super friendly and always available! The whole process was way faster than going through my bank directly.
