Started taking my Volkswagen Passat there about 3 yrs ago. Thought it was a nice place until recently. My car was using oil, so I took it in for service hoping they would solve the issue. Long story short, they bold face tried to cover up that it had an oil leak. I found that out by an inspection video that the tech sent when he did my oil change. Had nothing to say when i confronted them about it except, your car is at that stage were you might want to trade it and buy another. To me that is very decietful. Can not imagine how many other customers are experiancing this. Also, I found out through my warranty copany, which they told me they contacted, that they never called them. My suggestion to whom ever is reading this, if you did not buy your car at Young Volkswagen, and have an extended warranty, DO NOT TAKE IT THERE. They don't want to be bothered with you!

DO NOT take your vehicle to the Collision Center at Young VW. I have been without my car for 7 weeks now. Keep getting jerked around with no end in sight. Excuse after excuse. None of them valid. I am shocked at how horrible my experience has been. I have bought several cars here and had a great experience buying. I thought I would have the same experience with Collision but I was WRONG!

I brought a new 2021 Mazda CX30 there on 11/11/21. The buying process was very good 👍 no pressure. I'll find out later how the service department operates. It's now 04/12/2022 haven't heard from the dealership concerning my experience with the vehicle. I was told someone from the dealership would call within two weeks to help me understand the vehicles features. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞 Another update 05/12/22. My low oil light came on my 2021 Mazda cx-30 2.5 turbo. I have less than 5000 miles on vehicle I hoped to get a next day appointment for oil change. I was told they had no appointment opening until 06/04/22. My opinion very poor business practice. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP

This has always been one of my favorite dealerships, I walked onto the lot and was looking around for something newer & safe. Came across this beauty someone traded in, and fell in love the second I saw it. Worked with stephano, he got me an outstanding deal, very knowledgeable, and made a fast and pleasant sale. Great people to buy from, awesome deals, and great service . Yes it is a subaru, but he was very helpful all around in making the choice to purchase!

I had body work done on my truck. They were fantastic to deal with! Erica always kept me up to date on how the work was going and was very professional. I did have a small issue after the work was completed. They had me in and out the same day without any disruption to my day. Would highly recommend!!

DO NOT GO TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT VOLKSWAGEN. Made me wait 2 hours for my inspection only to fail me for the smallest crack in my windshield that DID NOT impair my vision. They also tried to get me for my tint that was below the AS1 line... BUT I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM THEM ALREADY LIKE THAT. Terrible attitude there, never taking my Jetta there again. And you better bet i'm putting that tint back on. I had 2 other mechanics say they would have passed me with my tint and the crack. Terrible, it's not hard to treat people with decency. Apparently for them it is.

Ive been a customer of Young VW since 2006 when I bought my first VW. My experiences with them have been nothing short of exceptional. That includes my recent experience when I purchased my new car, a 2021 VW Arteon. I felt very comfortable throughout my buying experience, never feeling pressured to buy anything. They were very easy to deal with and made sure that all my concerns we met. Needless to say, I highly recommend them!

I have been a customer at Young for 16 years, 3 different cars and two brands. Their service department is topnotch and even through times of covid has kept high standards. Latest technology advancement: a video from your car being serviced, right on your smartphone screen. You can see what's recommended and approve repairs instantly. Nice!

I struck a deer one early morning and the insurance company deemed the 2000 Accord "totalled", so I needed a vehicle ASAP. Found a 2018 Jetta online, met w/Bill Johnson the salesman and took it for a drive. The rest was history; I bought it. Bill and the business manager Andrew, along with John, made the buying process a breeze. All these men are true professionals. Highly recommend this dealer/team.

The service on my car was completed very quickly. I received a courtesy phone call once my car was finished. I had a discrepancy with the initial pricing, but the service manager immediately adjusted the price for me. I was very satisfied with the entire process and will be returning to Young's in the future.

We've only ever used the collision center, and I've to say that they have nothing but the best team. They took excellent care of our cars whenever we needed it. One of our cars is 13+ years old, and they've never had an issue repairing it. From the parts, to the paint, to the way they always return them to us. Impressive service from Glen and the whole team. Highly recommended. Very friendly and courteous staff.

Great sales experience and first time buying at this dealership. Looking for an inexpensive, reliable car for work. Did the online inquiry and received an email. I replied for further info since it was a little more than I would pay. Didn't get a response so emailed again the next day and indicated I didn't get a response. Within about 10 minutes of sending the email, I got a call. Told Joe what I was willing to pay out the door and he called back within a couple minutes stating if we went that night, they would sell it for that price. Showed up and we were out the door in a little over an hour. Very friendly staff. Dealers are there to make money so as long as I feel I got a good deal, then I'm happy. Experience was by far better than the other dealerships in the area. Seems as though they want you as a return customer where the others want to get as much out of you as they can and don't care if you come back.

5/5 stars for sure! Had an issue with my '17 Tiguan sunroof and they were able to discover the issue within a day unlike the other VW dealer in the area how jumped to the highest priced repair without even looking at it. Defiently coming back for everything including oil changes!

Everyone that I worked with in the collision department (Glen, Mark, Zarah) were really friendly and professional. They understood that I was from out of town and needed/wanted my car back as soon as possible. They worked to get the car repaired quickly. A non-critical part did not get shipped with the rest of the parts order, but since it was non-critical, they let me bring my car home. I'll end up working with a local Atlanta body shop to install the missing piece, then work with the team at Young to make sure everything is filed under the same insurance claim. I drive a black colored car and the paint job looks great. The new bumper is as close to a mirror finish than I've seen before and blends well with the hood and fenders. The fit and finish of the bumper looks better than before I hit the deer carcass. Last thing, I asked only to be updated when there was new information about the car and Glen respected that request. Thank you Glen, Mark, and Zarah. I also want to thank the gentleman that drove the shuttle and picked my friend and I up from our hotel. I apologize from not remembering his name, but very friendly as well.

Terrible service and communication between employees. I drove 2 hours for an appointment I had between 11:30 and 12:00 to look at 2 different cars, which I was told were available. I called and left a message last night to make sure they were still available. I left my cell number with the salesman and when I left my message to call me if anything changed. I received no call back notifying me otherwise and when I arrived they were both sold. I even put in my online credit check application yesterday evening with the car I wanted to purchase. They emailed me back letting me know they received it , but not that the car was already sold. I am a retired FDNY firefighter and have never seen so much miscommunication between staff- very unprofessional.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was helped by Scott and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were not pushy at all and seemed to genuinely care about getting me the car I wanted at a great price. They worked with me every step of the way including giving me top dollar for my trade in. I am extremely happy with my new mazda3 and the experience I had. I have since been in for all weather floor mats and splash guards and the service and parts department were very friendly and fast as well. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle free, enjoyable car buying experience!

They are very unprofessional and don't care much about anything in that place because, according to them, ” we don't care because the company already took away the benefits.” Then I suggest you find another job instead of treating customers rudely. 👎

If I could rate it a 0 star I would drove from NJ NEVER AGAIN!. Very bad experience with this dealership was already approved by Volkswagen Credit prior to contacting the dealership,very poor communication between the salesmans was suppose to had a quote emailed or ready for me at my scheduled appointment salesman blamed the other for not notifying them of the Quote.Ended up going to my bank making out a cashiers check for $10,000 in the dealerships name for nothing because they were unwilling to get me to a monthly payment that I felt comfortable they kept telling my that $506 no if ands or buts about it. so needless to say I had no choice but to decline there offer and drive back to NJ and top it all off I had to make an unnecessary trip on a Saturday to void out the check. What really baffled me was that no one came from the finance department came over to even try to make it work or earn my business, No follow up calls from anyone at the dealership nor a call from the actual salesman apologizing for wasting my time. Very disappointed bad customer service will not be returning in the future nor be referring anyone to young Volkswagen. BUYERS BEWARE!

Always a great experience! New Jetta for my Daughter. She ran over something and got a flat tire. Called Young Volkswagen, went directly over and they had the original equipment tire in Stock at a fair price. Tire was changed, car was road tested and we were on our way. Thank you AGAIN! July 2020 With everything going crazy in the world during this pandemic, it is wonderful to know that Young Volkswagen Service is up and running and on the ball! My Golf R is my favorite vehicle. I just had my 40000 mile service performed and everything was fantastic. Even received a video from the technician who was performing my service showing me everything he had performed. Excellent service!

Again Young VW has delivered a bad experience and a below average customer service as the last time, my Tiguan had 2 items recalled and a annual inspection. Young took the car the entire day to performed the recall and the inspection was NEVER performed even though the service person said it was, had to bring the car again the next day and wait yet again for the work to be performed, we purchased 2 cars from this dealership, never making this mistake again.

I had a great experience! I went in to get a tire that blew on my Mazda 3. They fixed it quickly and while I was waiting I test drove a Mazda 6. Loved it and now I am going to buy it. The sales rep was awesome and the finance department was very helpful. There was no back and forth. They just make it work! Youngs Mazda is great!

I've always liked Young's and have bought multiple vehicles from them. Never an issue with the sales or the service department and they have always made me a deal I was happy with. Still a car dealership and we all know what they can mean but these guys are by far better then the others in the area or I would not be a repeat buyer of both VW's and Mazda's. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to do business with them.

They not only take care of their customers they take care of their customers family. Recently my daughter had the need to buy a used car cheap & quick... It was a VW bug from another dealership... Tony & Les got her in quick to go over it & advised her not to buy it... the car had been in a major accident & was in need of expensive repairs (if it could all be repaired) thanks to Tony & his service team she was saved from making a major mistake! I found the purchase experience to be unusually pleasant with honest, straight forward, and professional interactions with the staff. I called them earlier in the day and discussed the specific car that I am interested in as well as the price point that I am looking for. Our sales person, Drew, was great! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all patient while we made up our minds. We went back several times to re-drive several different models before we decided, each time we were greeted with a smile, and Drew and all the staff took the time to answer all the questions we had, we never felt rushed, or pressured, not did we feel like the sales person had somewhere "better" to be especially the 4th or 5th time we test drove vehicles. The staff was a huge part of the reason we purchased from Young. I just hope the service folks are 1/2 as good.

My daughter was in need of a new car and wanted a Volkeswagon so we thought we would shop locally at Young's. We saw and test drove the car in the evening, the next afternoon we called to say we wanted it and were told that it had sold that morning. Andrew told my daughter he would look for another car for her on their lot and get back to her. That was 6 days ago. She hasn't heard from anyone at Young's. We found the same car at a dealership an hour away and are happy to say the experience with this dealership was great! She picked up her new car last night and is very happy! Too bad we had to go out of the area to experience good service.

Bought a new 2021 Tiguan from Young VW. The radio stopped working. Young spent 8 months giving me the runaround. Finally decided to bring it to Ciocca of Allentown who figured out the issue, ordered replacement parts, and fixed it all in about 3 weeks. The worst part of the ordeal was the lack of communication. Buyer beware - all is wonderful when you purchase but if you need follow-up service you become a number.

I would have gave them 5 stars if the financial manager didn’t ruin my experience. I went in there with a prequalification loan from my own personal bank and the financial manager tried to tell me that I was not approved. I kept getting a run around until I called my bank personally and put them on speaker phone and had him correct my information that he entered to which then I was magically approved. He tried to get me to settle for a loan of his preference with a higher apr rather than approve the loan that I entered the dealership with. In the end I walked out with the vehicle with MY loan and a low APR that I was previously approved for. Always look into a prequalification loan before entering that dealership because they will try to give you a high APR.

Starting off with my Internet inquiry, I was contacted by Jonathan in a very timely manner. He was willing to answer all of my questions, and even gave me a ballpark dollar range that ended up almost right on the dot! When bringing my vehicle in to be appraised, as well as test drive my new car, the entire staff was very friendly. Soda and water was available while I waited. Despite a crazy busy day, the staff remained friendly throughout my entire time spent at the dealership. When picking up my new car, it was detailed beautifully! Well worth the hour and a half drive to do business with this staff!

Driving my car right up to the service shop within the building, I proceeded to the shop's main desk where my appointment was acknowledged. It was just for an oil change but I mentioned two other issues of concern. They were duly noted and so, handing over the key, I proceeded to the waiting room. I was able to address some personal issues on my smartphone utilizing the complimentary 5G Wi-Fi. In relatively short order, a service representative came in to inform me that my car was ready. We went over to the service desk where I was informed that the items mentioned previously had been addressed. Payment was made essentially for just the oil change, as well as, the nominal price for a missing trim screw that I had mentioned was missing. All in all, a pleasurable experience. The icing on cake was a complimentary washing of my car! Kudos to the service personnel!

Kuddos to Tony the Service Manager on immediately correcting a problem on by brand new 2021 VW Atlas after owning it a week. The salesman let me leave on the day of purchase with a small item not working and did not help me resolve it when I called him a week later upon returning from my vacation. He also was to call me 3 days after purchase and was supposed to set an appointment with me to go over all car features and gadgets, which I told him I would appreciate. That never happened. All in all I found Young VW to be the fairest dealer around when it came to fee transparency, amount for my trade and agreeing on terms, which I know has nothing to do with the salesman, but the guys in the back offices. I love the car and the service department and would highly recommend Young VW. If not for my salesman issues, I would have rated a 5.

Just leased the new Cross Sport today. Everybody at the dealership was extremely kind and welcoming. My salesman, Patrick O'Connor, was absolutely outstanding and very professional. He was extremely accommodating and did not play the usual annoying dealer tactics. They offered me a very fair deal to begin with and were able to work with my situation. Finance manager was very nice and helpful too. Very pleasant experience from start to finish.

Check engine light came on next day after similar visit, they took me without an apt. and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. It was a different problem then the first visit, and I got to enjoy looking at the vintage Porsche in the showroom brought back memories of mine.

Had to have my kayak rack installed on my new Jetta R-Series. Although I have spent quite a few weeks figuring out how to install a kayk rack (as when I bought it, the sales rep, who knew I was an outdoor person and a kayak person, didn't call out the fact that the new design would make it very complicated to install a rack and the fact that if I want a rack on my new R-Series, I can't use my sunroof) - but after getting over my initial frustration- the guys in the parts and services departments were fantastic in helping me acheive my goals. John at the service desk, helped me research the issues a couple of weeks ago and kept me very informed today as the process was taking place. John H. in the actual garage was also extremely fantastic with helping me figure out how to make this all work. They were both awesome with this whole situation.

I had an older SUV that needed replacing so I went to look at an Atlas and a CX9. I was set up with Patrick O’Conner and he helped me look at both. I decided I loved the CX9 and moved on to negotiating the cost which is typically very stressful. I was so relieved that this was a breeze!!!!!! They were very fair and respectful on valuing my trade in and presented me with several payment options on the CX9. I ultimately decided on the perfect trim level for me and it was a great experience which isn’t common for buying a car. I love my new SUV and I would highly recommend going to Young’s!

Went in there with every intention of purchasing a 2020 VW Tiguan. Pricing that was agreed to outside is not the pricing that was put on the deal paperwork. No one at the dealership gives you a chance to see any of that paperwork to verify. Took me calling multiple times to get any sort of clear answer as to what they were doing. I took my business elsewhere to a dealership who was a lot more transparent with the paperwork, and was given much better rates than anything provided by Young.

Our car was in for annual inspection and a recall issue. The staff was very knowledgeable about the recall and had exactly what was needed to correct the issue. This was a great convenience as we were not without our car for any length of time. The technicians and service manager are professional, informative and polite. They were able to address any concerns we had in clear terms, all the while being polite and professional. We are very pleased with our experiences with Young Volkswagen. It is evident that they set a high standard for their service and have great respect for their customers. We as customers are appreciative of the respect and care that we receive at Young Volkswagen. I went to look at a used car for my son. I was told it was in stock and immaculate. When I saw the car I was disgusted! It looked like a garbage can on wheels!! Food, trash, forgotten personal belongings from previous owner... If that's how they present cars for sale, I'll go elsewhere, and I did.

Got my 2019 Golf Alltrack last week. Purchase process went VERY smoothly. Big shout out to Drew and Rich for getting me exactly what I wanted. Car is AWESOME with the roof box. I purchased a 2014 sportwagen from this dealer three months past. It has been a nightmare since. The saleswoman Elizabeth was awesome, but her finance managers joked about how much they were making off of my purchase in a hallway not quite out of earshot. The vehicle was rushed through inspection by the service dept, and as such I have returned 4 times for items that should have been caught, missing vent parts, rear defrost not working, spare tire wheel well filling with water. They could care less, in fact when we haggled about the price they told me I could leave if I didnt like it after taking 400 dollars off a trade in. 400 dollars for a 15k vehicle purchase!! Buyer beware. Service mechanics are really good but managers suck here also, they never have parts so you have to make two trips, one for diagnosis and the other after parts have been received.

In this horrible year of a global pandemic - I am proud to state that Young VW Service Department has continued to do an outstanding job in servicing my car. The brake job they did was outstanding and the alignment saved my new tires. This is now my 7th year dealing with dealership and they are outstanding.

Biggest mistake I ever made; buying a vehicle from this awful dealership. I was told that I couldn't transfer my NJ tags to my new vehicle; when in fact I could. I was charged for new tags/registration when I called to find out what the delay was in getting my tags/registration; Toni told me I had to pay for them. I'm now driving around with expired tags/registration. The fee is noted on the bill of sale. Steve Garcia nor Ted General Manager) don't have the decency to return my calls. DO NOT BUY FROM YOUNG!!!

The service department was very helpful and knowledgeable. My car needed a new transmission (under warranty, which everyone kept saying is very rare) and Gerry and Brad were helpful in keeping me informed. After discussing with corporate Mazda, they provided me with a rental car to help with the extended repair work. I decided to come to Young Mazda instead of Scott Mazda because of the reviews I read online and I was not disappointed. The service department here is great and committed to their customers. I would come here again.

I could not have asked for a better experience at Young Mazda. I wanted to trade my 2012 Mazda 3 in for an SUV, but I didn't think I would be able to get what I wanted and keep the payments within a reasonable range because of negative equity in my car. I assumed I would have to go with a very scaled down version of the model I really wanted in order to stay in budget, but Dylan and Pat moved mountains for me! I ended up with a 2016 Mazda CX 5 with all the bells and whistles that I didn't think I'd be able to afford... I even have a moon roof! The whole experience was very easy and enjoyable. I told them where I needed the payments to be and they were extremely honest with me and somehow made everything work! I am absolutely in love with my new vehicle! This is the second new car I have purchased at Young's and I would never go anywhere else. The staff there is friendly and sincere and they do all the work for you! I was involved in a car accident at the end of October, I had my car brought here for repairs. I expected to receive two separate estimates, one for what could be seen on the surface and the second when they took everything off. I got the first estimate within 36 hours of the car being on the lot. I got the second one over two weeks later (it takes two weeks to take parts off my car? It was only three - four body parts that needed replacement). At week 4, I started getting upset. No one was returning my phone calls, they promised follow ups that never came, and if I didn't call multiple times a day, no one talked to me. And when I did talk to people all I got were excuses. After 4.5 weeks, they said they finished it, but noticed the airbag light was on (how do you miss a light on the dash?) So they had to order the part, and they would call when it came in. They never called, I had to call. They said we should have it ready tomorrow. That didn't happen, as a matter of fact, I didn't get a call that it was ready till almost 5pm two days later. Then I pick it, and I don't even go a mile and my heat doesn't work at all, and my engine coolant system is failing.... Unless you want your vehicle to be utterly ruined by people that care about as much about you as the IRS, take it anywhere else. I recommend the meineke on stefko Blvd for service they actually care about you and your car, they call you with updates and ever push work on you. Young has utterly left me feeling my car will never be drivable again.... This is a damn shame, because the sales guys were absolutely wonderful when I bought it, I said I would never buy another car anywhere else. Now, I get sick to my stomach just passing the dealership on 33...

I went to Young Volkswagen knowing exactly what I was looking for and exactly what I wanted to spend. Not only were they able to meet my expectations, they exceeded them. My salesman, Drew, was very down to earth and a no pressure guy. He answered all my questions and made I was comfortable throughout the whole process. It was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. Although this is the first Volkswagen I have bought from them, I have been going for services for years. They have had my loyalty as a customer and after this experience, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Service has gone way down hill since last manager left. Service is not up to par and i've been overcharged. Costs are always a secret, and i'm not allowed to see bill before my credit card is charged. Pretty much done with their service.

The wife and I had an unexpected loss in her vehicle and had to purchase a new vehicle with very little research into the matter. We had shopped around at multiple dealerships through multiple lines of vehicles. We did know that we wanted a midsized SUV with a third row. Going into the sales we didn't want to spend more than a certain amount and soon found out a more reasonable price that we would have to spend. Through the many dealers we dealt with through the companies, Stefano at Young Mazda was the most helpful and least pressing of the dealers. He took his time and showed my wife and I a few different tools to look up information on certain vehicles, as well as helped us by trying to get the price down to a more reasonable price. Even after talking with Stefano during our first visit, he only contacted us on a needed basis, and mostly after we contacted him with questions regarding the vehicle. When not being able to reach him and leaving a voicemail, he was usually in contact with us within the hour. The rest of his staff was also very courteous and willing to help, other dealers at this location helped entertain our two kids when they were beginning to get restless. This helped show the nature of the business and how even though the other dealers won't be getting the possible commission from the sale they still helped each other out. We had boiled our choices to two very similar vehicles, and what won us over was the customer service we had received from Young Mazda's sales department.

They got scheduled in even when they were busy, and Tony is very good to talk to / work with you. Just wish the dsg trans fluid change was a bit cheaper. But cost is cost at a dealer the staff is great. And the mechanics are very good too.

DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE -- I have had multiple bad experiences with this service department. The first was a few years ago. We took our VW here for a recall / water pump replacement. The work was done in the summer and a week or so after the work was completed the A/C stopped working properly. Luckily, we had a relative who is a mechanic. After opening the hood and taking one look he realized that one of the braided condensate lines was pinched/sliced (allowing all the refrigerant to escape the system). Only way this could have happened was when they removed the lines to get at the water pump the week prior. Luckily, we had this relative to take a look or I'm sure they would have charged us another $$$ to fix it. When we called about taking it back in they were ready to argue with us but after telling them we had a mechanic look at it they fixed it without charging us. Thankful that they did that. Being thankful about that, I made the mistake to take it back again for an oil change. 7,000 miles later the engine light and low oil pressure light comes on. I check the oil myself and it is very low on the dipstick. I put an entire quart in and it is still low on the dipstick. I also had to call to confirm when the oil change was due because they never put a new sticker on the windshield stating when the next oil change was due. Did they really perform the oil change 10 months ago? Who knows? I thought a routine oil change would be simple enough to perform. Hopefully there is no damage to my vehicle's engine. Maybe the service department is award winning, but we have had no such luck with them.
