Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Van Buren Rd, Easton

Do not bank with Bank of America. They charged me maintenance fees on a savings account after promising me they wouldn't. I then closed the account in retaliation and they charged me fees for closing it. Horrible bank full of horrible people. I am a veteran - they did this to me while I was on active duty orders. I am leaving bank of America and encouraging everyone else to do the same!

Worst banking experience ever. Waste of my time. Don't bother saying"I'm sorry for your experience" cause it's bullshit🖕

Bank of America has one of the worse service out there.

Bank of America has zero customer service. Try Wells fargo, a local,credit union, or hanging yourself rather than them. They have no people at this location that will even pick up the phone. They direct everyone to the ATM for transactions. And today, after driving 20 minutes to the northern location and then 40 minutes back down to his nazarth location, both atm's were temporarily not taking deposits. Real nice. And so called the 800 nimver on back of card... and 20 minutes of holding I still couldnt talk to a human. AVOID AT ALL COST

I've been coming to this ATM for years. Rarely ever unavailable. I wish they had more ATMs because it's a drive for me to come out here.

Bank of America does not deserve any stars. I recently had to visit there to retrieve my temporary disability pay which I am entitled to in full. Because they would not listen to anything I said including the fact that they were supposed to send me a card weeks ago and failed to do so therefore putting me behind and paying my bills after being hospitalized they threatened to call the police on me. I wish they would have as a matter of fact I told the woman to go ahead and do it. Needless to say the first Teller admitted that they would only give me part of my money because they wanted me to forget that it was there so they could keep it. How dishonest! They are a bunch of crooks. Don't waste your time at Bank of America. While the threat to call the police on me was being made I was on the phone on speaker with their corporate headquarters at that time I asked them to file a formal complaint. To date I have not heard anything which means they don't care. And I really wish they would have called the police. I didn't do anything except for voice my disbelief that they would knowingly hold my much-needed temporary disability funds from me on purpose.

A thin dark haired teller was trashing talking a customer to a short gray haired teller. The customer walked away which is why they felt comfortable to act like school yard bullies against someone who offers them job security. Bank of America really is the worst bank, through and through.

Bank of America has become horrible!!!! There's only one teller and the line is out the door during lunchtime on a holiday week! Every BOA I go to in my area has one teller and no drive thru!!! What is going on? Not only do I feel bad for us patrons but also the tellers whom are possibly over worked!!!!!

Not a fan of Bank of America. I hate when I have to go into this place. On several occassions i have gone in to cash a check from a customer and been held hostage for as long as an hour. They use a variety of excuses ro get you into another office where someone comes in and tries to pressure you into opening an accountbwith them. Dont even get me started about fees, they have so many fees the charge fees for thier fees!

My usual stop for banking. Has tellers inside, but only during business hours. 24/7 ATMs outside (drive through) that accept cash deposits as well as checks.
