TD Bank Park Ave, Easton

This is the worst bank and TD specific bank branch ANYWHERE! Botched a simple business line of credit, which they approved and then rescinded after they ran our credit not 1, not 2 BUT SIX TIMES! We waited over 6 months to be approved and then Declined due to their horrible management procedures. I wouldn't trust this bank branch with my money or business.

We trust this branch for many non profit organizations' banking needs, they never disappoint. I highly recommend any of the customer service reps from this branch. They are far more accommodating than any other bank.

This is for all TD banks. I made two online purchases less than two hours prior to getting my direct deposit pay. You charged me $70 in overdraft fees and refuse to reimburse me. I was under the impression that if I get paid within 24 hours I wouldn’t get overdrafted. You guys are extremely crooked and def make a killing off of hard working people. I am absolutely cancelling my account and finding a new bank. Real scumbag move.

I've never had a problem here. Been using this bank for 4 years and my issues gets resolved in a matter of minutes. People wait 10 minutes and they think it's the end of the world. The bank isn't the problem, it's those who are impatient and expect the workers to bow down to them as soon as they walk inside. I see people walk in before me. They wait for 5 minutes and make it into a big deal. There's toilet paper in the bathroom, don't expect the workers to clean your butt for you & that horse that you're on... Get down from it, it's pretty high and you might fall. 🤷

Hi please listen carefully DON'T use this bank is the worst bank I ever dealt as a business owner and personal. they want you to use your Debit card and make purchase and then charge you overdraft free even if there were money in your account. I had the worst experience with this bank when,I used my debit card to make some purchases and also withdraw money out my account and then I got changed $525.00 overdraft fees. Transactions that I made with money in my account. I went and complain to the manager why are they charging me $525.00 in overdraft fees for purchases that I made with my debit card and there was enough money to cover all the transaction, She didn't have "no answer", I ask her again why I'm getting charge for withdrawing money out of the MTA she got stone "no answer" I was supposed to get a call back and never got it. I will recommend no one to used TD Bank DON'T used TD BANK get a local bank

“America’s Most Convenient Bank” but they don’t have a drive thru ATM?? “America’s Most Convenient Bank” and you can’t access the walk-in ATM after 5??

I had an account at this location when it was Commerce Bank. They were a good bank. Then TD took over Commerce. I just went there recently because I opened up an account with them online. I needed to go to a branch to make my first deposit. When I went in the teller said I would have to do that with a loan officer. So I sat down with this male. He thought I was opening a new account. I explained that I had already done that. Once he found this out. He literally walked me. He told me I would have to call customer service and deal with them! I could not wait to get out of that branch after I was treated that way. Another case in point of “ Big bank buying little bank and anything goes”.

TD Bank is great, especially for young children who want to open a bank account. They encourage children to save their change in a piggy bank and use their money for reasonable purchases. The employees are very knowledgeable and can answer all you’re questions — they are also great with kids. I opened my first bank account with TD, but eventually switched due to it not having the benefits I wanted.

Convenient hours, quick to replace lost ATMs, sometimes a little slow when needing customer service. Rarely have to go to the counter inside but last time I did I suffered my pet peeve of having no one acknowledge me or say "just a minute" and finished their work. I'll never understand having 3 people there and not one looks up but always friendly at the drive thru.

Gave the teller 2626.00 she hands a slip back saying 2426.00 i said i gave you 2626.00 so she checked on her end then find out she was 200 over an they gave me the 200 back into my account but said they needed my number so they can check in to it calls me back at end of day stating that it was not my 200 dollars an took it back out my account closing account will not deal with these people anymore!!!!!!
